I would stay here again really affordable and great location. + Staff kind and engineers very helpful when issues with room. Pool very quiet and beautiful location. Staff always willing to help and very prompt. − Not all food available at pool bar when ordered. Water pressure in shower not great. Advertised as gym but only two treadmills.

Awesome people,magic location but maintenance would make this a fantastic destination that we would + We had absolutely beautiful and lovely people at this location however the shower was at best “lukewarm which while being very disappointing was not the end of the world as the days were typical hot Bali days all the time !!!-A great number of people including some people that we were introduced to elected to leave early and found alternative accomodation due to the lack of hot water(and in fairness were given a full refund without issue. We to when querying reception(who again I stress were absolutely fantastic)offered us a full refund to leave but ultimately offered myself,my wife and son free breakfast each day − I believe having run large commercial buildings previously that the shareholders have perhaps run out of money and in my opinion are just scraping by at this time-because they were so quick to offer a full refund for any nights not stayed-I assume management have made th…

Location location + Location was perfect and the pool access was great of you have kids. The warung murah is nearby and yummy. − The bed was hard and a little bit noisy from the pool access room at night.

Prima kamers, maar verlaten + De kamers waren prima! Hygiënisch, en goede bedden. De douchekop mag wel ontkalkt worden want er kwam weinig water uit. − Zou een geweldig hotel zijn geweest, als alles open was geweest. Dakterras is leeg en vanaf de tweede verdieping zijn de lichten uitgezet. Het dakterras was ver voor sluiting donker en verlaten zonder meubels. Niet zoals op de foto’s en wel iets om vooraf te melden… Voelde hierdoor echt als een spookhotel.

Ok for the price, nothing startling but ok + With a little love this place could be amazing, the most of the staff were very good but the place is a little run down, would I stay there again? Perhaps but not 100% − New towels are needed, water pressure was pretty unimpressive, pool chairs need to be replaced
