Staff excepcional + Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y sobre todo destacamos el personal que fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos en cada momento. Además tienen servicio de recogida en el puerto.

+ La cercanía al Puerto y la amabilidad del personal − La limpieza de la habitacion, es mejorable. Los pocos enchufes disponibles, eran de acceso complicado. El ruido externo, al lado de la carretera con el paso de motos y el ruido por la noche por los perros de la zona y de las personas de paso, muy difícil para conciliar el sueño. Aunque está muy bien situado, creo que buscaría otras opciones

Buena ubicación y comodidad + La ubicación es excelente, está al lado del puerto que al final es la zona donde más actividad hay y es muy conveniente al llegar con el ferry. − Hay bastante ruido porque está al lado de la carretera y las puertas no aíslan mucho.

Etablissement proche d’une école où dès 7h on entend les enfants jouer dans la cour. Proche d’un établissement religieux où on entendait des prières dans des hauts parleurs en soirée jusqu’à 22h.

Un séjour que nous recommandons sans hésiter. + Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Arsha Santhi Nusa Penida. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, toujours au petit soin pour tout ce que nous demandions. Nous devions partir tôt (7h) et ils nous ont préparé une box petit‑déjeuner, en plus d’un très bon petit déjeuner servi chaque matin : une attention vraiment appréciable. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable, avec eau chaude et sèche‑cheveux, idéale pour se préparer après une journée de visite. L’endroit est calme et reposant, et la piscine est top pour se détendre. Le service de laundry est très pratique : linge rendu en 24h, impeccable. L’hôtel est bien placé, proche du port, ce qui facilite les arrivées et départs. La navette gratuite pour le port est un vrai plus. Nous avons également réservé un tour de l’île via l’hôtel : bon marché, bien organisé et vraiment top. − Seul petit point négatif : si votre chambre est proche du restaurant ou de la route, c’est un …
