+ Some of the staff were nice and room was clean. − The place seems quite run down and dated which you cant tell from the pictures. There's weird trust issues with the staff where they'd come knock on our door in the evening to pay for the day's expenses that we had charged to the room. The massage staff weren't friendly and one of them followed us to the reception to make sure we paid (didn't trust us putting it on our room?). The massage bed smelt mouldy. Our room had mosquito's coming in from somewhere and nothing to stop them.

Great location and hotel. + The hotel overall was a great place to stay. The gardens are lovely and well kept. − The Liptons yellow label tea at breakfast. The tea in the room was much better.

Overall, the price was good, location is great and staff are amazing. + Staff are all beautiful and the breakfast was awesome. I slept very well which is nice to be able to say. We were upgraded on our first night as our room was not ready. And the upgraded room was something else. The bathroom was stunning. And the bed fit for a queen! − The toilet in the upgraded room was really smelly. I think the smell was coming out of the vent and it was really bad, almost unbearable. Luckily, it was in an enclosed room. But that trapped the smell. The second room smelt a bit damp and the hotel itself looks like it needs a bit of love.

Was a good location for first time in Bali. + Good breakfast. Pool was great with very friendly staff. Location great to access other eating & drinking options. − TV too small for size of room. While advertised as beachfront doesn't mention beach very dangerous so not safe to swim. Hotel somewhat dated.
