Amazing value, clean, great location and kind staff + Great location, in the heart of everything. Really good value for money with great rooms and nice and clean. Everyone was so helpful and kind, really accomodating staff where nothing was too much trouble. I loved the cafe (Romeos) being connected to the hotel. Amazing food and coffee and the perfect spot for relaxing. Friendly staff too. The balconies are great too, private and relaxing. Easy walk to the beach via the pathway (2 mins) and the path comes out where Lokal is. A great area by the beach. I’d definitely stay here again. − I made the mistake of requesting a room at the far end (beach end) thinking it would be quieter. Those rooms are opposite the staff smoking room so my room smelled a little of smoke. BUT the staff put in an air purifier as soon as I mentioned it and it was totally fine then. There was a loud DJ on the beach on my first night but it was quiet on the second night. I’d recommend staying in the…

Beach ok , local clubs fun but hotel disappointed + Comfortable − Concrete jungle, the cleaning staff were not satisfactory, so many times I had to ask for things to be replaced, sometimes I had to ask 3 times. Restaurant was bad , 4 times I had to change my order cause they didn’t have certain items for the meal I ordered. As per normal the staff were always pleasant but just didn’t listen or take care of their customers right.

It’s a shame the pool is icy. Otherwise it’s a nice place + Location Clean − The pool is shaded constantly so it’s freezing. It definitely needs heating in August as everyone I spoke to was going elsewhere to enjoy a swim

Amazing location and beautiful hotel + Amazing location. Laneway down the side of the property which takes you right to the beach. Lovely rooms and facility. Lovely staff. Close proximity to many shops and easy to get transport if required − If you get a room closer to the street end, there would be a lot of noise at night from neighbouring bars. Rooms were not completely sound proof (could hear conversations next to us) but luckily we only had issues for one night.
