Dobry hotel + Mila obsługa. Pokój przestronny, wygodne łóżko. W nocy nie słychać żadnych odgłosów z zewnątrz. Duży wybór na śniadaniu. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. O omleta lub jajecznicę trzeba poprosić obsługę. Mają nawet kolorowanki dla dzieci żeby się nie nudziły przy stole. − Jedna poduszka była brudna. Zabrakło mydła w łazience, był tylko żel pod prysznicem.

Ok good + I like clean dan warm staf − The facility and utilities are not in good maintenance. The shower looks old and dirty. The water spray also some holes are working.

good + It's near airport − They do not replies to booking.com's message for question enquiry. Airport shuttle is charged separately and it cost 4 times of gocar (indonesian's equivalent of uber ride-hailing services) The room I was on was a little bit old / not diligently maintained.

Affordable and also comfy hotel. + The location is close to the corner of Surabaya, from there you can easily reach Sidoarjo and Surabaya. The bed of the Junior suite we booked was quite comfy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even though the hotel is located at theat a busy main street - noise was not an issue. Maybe from.next door. Despite my critical points below, we still enjoyed our stay. − The wallpaper on the bedroom wall seems to be the wrong way around to me 😅 Also, when we checked in - the room - which has a carpet floor - was obviously not vacuumed. We are traveling with a baby, and that's why we have to be careful with this. Our baby picked up multiple staples and other plastic clips from shopping. After requesting vacuuming, they did it every time they cleaned up the room. The sink in the bathroom was dripping. They fixed it apparently after one night, but it came back one night after. So we wonder if they really fixed it 😅 The shower head doesn't look so nice an…

Nicht wieder! + Relativ nah am Flughafen. Frühstück verhältnismäßig ok (recht große Auswahl). Minibar umsonst. − Die Bettbezüge waren dreckig. Die Klimaanlage hat muffig gerochen. Das "Sofa-bed" der Junior Suite ist nur ein Sofa und ist nicht zum Schlafen gedacht. Es gibt keine Lüftung oder Möglichkeiten ein Fenster zu öffnen.
