Va bene per una notte. + Location e piscina. − Il letto matrimoniale non esisteva ma era l’unione di due letti singoli, decisamente scomodo. Struttura che ci ha messo a disposizione meno cose (no acqua, no shampoo) a differenza delle altre.

Uitstekend + Uitstekende prijs en kwaliteit verhouding, dichtbij de luchthaven, vriendelijk personeel, aan de rand van de drukte waar je in het hotel geen last van hebt. − We hadden taxi naar de luchthaven via hotel geboekt (dit ook meerdere malen geverifieerd vanwege het vroege tijdstip), maar toen we om 4:30 buiten stonden bleek er geen taxi te zijn geregeld. Gelukkig was de Grab een uitkomst. Prijs taxi door hotel (IDR 150.000) vs prijs Grab (IDR 50.000) niet in verhouding.

Did not enjoy staying here at all and was happy to leave the next day. + It was cheap. No bed bugs. Staff were very good and attentive and carried bags to room. − Hotel is in disrepair and needs heavy maintenance. The room door handles and locks were annoying to use and had to jiggle the keys a bit to get in. Very small rooms. No hand towels. Water stopped working and had to get someone to fix it. cups and spoons provided not that clean. Water bottle was provided but in a glass bottle and no label so don't know if it was tap water or not. Didn't trust it and bought our own water. It is in a narrow side street so taxis might have trouble getting in if other vehicles in the way. We only needed it for 1 night before our flight. If I was going to be staying for more nights I would have eaten the cost of the booking and found a much better hotel. Not sure how this hotel gets such a high rating.

+ Beautiful well kept gardens. Exceptional and very helpful and accommodating staff Centrally located. Walking distance to the beach and all other attractions.such as shopping centres, markets, medical facilities, pharmacies and the like.
