Fabuolus and stunning ! + First at all I had enjoyed at staying here, it was very clean& the staff is very helpful, friendly . Im looking forward to come again in the future. It had really beautiful handmade Furniture to adore. Everything was just perfect. Ive been in many hotels worldwide but this Villa will be difficult to forget from the Joy it brings. The Villa was exactly as in the Pictures and even prettier!! − Zero, nada, nichts, nothing.

Paraíso + Hemos estado muy bien durante nuestra estancia. El trato del personal ha sido excelente, siempre muy atentos y amables. Un punto muy positivo es el servicio de transporte con horarios para ir y volver de Ubud, que resulta muy cómodo. Además, cuentan con servicio de comida en la habitación y restaurante dentro del hotel, ambos con muy buena calidad. El lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de una estancia relajada. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable. − Nada en concreto

Everyone was professional, attentive, and always ensured that we felt comfortable and satisfied. A special thanks to Wartana, who kindly showed us the room and explained everything with the biggest smile. Lovely Ade was also very caring, listened attentively, and always did her best to fulfil our needs with genuine care. They made us feel at home from the very beginning. − As a positive suggestion for improvement, the breakfast experience could be enhanced while maintaining the hotel’s lovely service standards. The options were quite limited, and the quality of the eggs could be improved, as unfortunately we were unable to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant during our stay.

Sehr zu empfehlendes ruhiges Hotel. Super zum entspannen und Erkunden von Ubud und der Region. + Ruhige Lage etwas nördlich von Ubud. Über einen sehr schönen Weg lässt sich das Zentrum in ca. 30-40 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, der Service der Rezeption und besonders der Fahrservice ist ausgezeichnet. An dieser Stelle herzlichen Dank an Karmana, Wartana und das gesamte Team! − Lediglich das Essen hat nicht ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen. Frühstück wird entweder auf dem Zimmer serviert oder im Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel beide Optionen waren für uns ohne Aufpreis. Wir empfehlen lieber ins Restaurant zu gehen und dort a la carte zu bestellen, da das Essen beim Zimmerservice nicht so gut schmeckte wie im Restaurant. Die Gerichte sind auch leicht unterschiedlich zwischen Zimmerservice und Restaurant.

Good value for money and spacious room + The room was really spacious and really comfortable to stay in. Not in town so quite quiet and peaceful. − I didn’t realise we only had an outdoor shower which may have changed my mind when booking but it was fine. The food wasn’t the best and breakfast was quite limited with mainly only Indonesian and Indian options only.
