+ The view was excellent. The shuttle and 24 hour pool access was great, however, the room needs a massive upgrade as it has outdated furniture, dusty, and bathroom needs improvement. The restaurant needs improvements as it looks outdated. The breakfast option is very limited and takes ages to get food. They give you complimentary dinner but the dinner option was very limited as you can only choose one main meal and one dessert, no sides and drinks. It's pointless to give free dinner with such limited options and delayed service. The lift has no light.

Exceptional + The staff were so nice and the service was superb. We were welcomed with a drink, then a tour to the place and to our room. Our room and the view were exceptional. Upon booking this hotel, we cleared our itinerary and decided to just have a staycation since the photos of the place were nice and we thought it would be worthy to just relax for 3 days - we were right! When staying in a hotel with this view, spacious room and nice facilities, it is a waste of time to go out. If you wanna have a rest from all the noises of the busy beaches and cities, this is a must-book. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention their food - 3days of great food and views. Our stomach and eyes were full!

+ 뷰가 너무 환상적입니다♡ 이 가격에 이런 뷰라니.. 붐비지 않아 수영장 남편이랑 둘만 써서 좋았고요. 수질 깨끗해요! 시내 멀어서 불편하지만 미리 시간맞추면 픽드랍 가능합니다. 음식 배달도 잘 오고 직원들도 친절하십니다. 멋진 뷰 보면서 수영하고 조용히 푹 쉬실 분들만 오셔요. . 글구 연식이 있다보니 낡은 느낌과 정글안이라 작은 벌레들은 좀 있어요. 외출시 에어컨 빵빵하게 틀고 가세요. 습해서 침구류 금방 꿉꿉해져요. 단점은 그닥 신경쓰이지 않을 만큼 만족합니다. 감사히 잘 쉬다 갑니다^^

Overall it’s a tired hotel that has great views. I most likely will not be returning. + The pool was quite large with beautiful views. − Unfortunately the resort is old and tired and definitely needs some major upgrade. The first room we checked into smelled damp and had mouldy ceilings and walls. The wooden furnishings were creating dust/powder substance which I suspect could be from termites??? The mould made us feel uncomfortable and unwell. Thankfully the staff were accomodating and transferred us to another room. LOCATION: it’s a little away from town and nothing really around the area not even a mini mart for essentials. The free shuttle service was handy, although requires a two hour notice to book. BREAKFAST: It’s ok. Nothing exciting. If location permitted I would much prefer to eat else where. STAFF: Very friendly but for some reason requests are often forgotten. Not sure if they are short staffed but things seem to get overlooked. They even forgot to service our room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The resort is in a beautiful spot. + The view was amazing − No restaurant for dinner. The resort would be a 10 if there was a restaurant that caters for all meals and was situated with a view of the valley.

The ideal spot to unwind and relax + Up in the hills off the beaten track and away from the hustle and bustle. A 5-night stay here was just what we needed to wind down from an intensely busy period back home, and to kick iff 5 week stay in Bali. The views are amazing especially from the infinity pool. Our room with plunge pool was very comfortable and a generous size. Loved the buffet breakfast and afternoon tea each day was a treat. We booked a couple of massages and also two shuttles into Ubud. The shuttle is a necessary service as the resort is too far from Ubud to walk. − Not a negative but more of a suggestion that their could be a better shuttle service, running more frequently. The gardens are spectacular, but the lower levels below the pool down the steps are unkempt. Going down and up the 700 odd steps that take you right down to the river is great cardio. Some of the tiles on the steps are loose so obvs take care.

Good + The view was absolutely stunning. The pools were stunning and the restaurant was amazing. − The beds were very uncomfortable, kettle provided in the room had a different plug fitting to the actual country we are in? So could not use it. And the room itself could have been a bit cleaner.
