+ Mediocre and overpriced hotel.Paid 140 dollars for two nights to have a relaxing stay and were placed at the edge of the hotel on top of the restaurant. Normally we stay in Indonesia in Budget hotels, unfortunately every of our twenty dollar hotels were better quality than the Gili Amor. I also asked friendly if I can print some pages at the reception, have been charged 5000 per page for it...

+ Close to harbour, walk from the main party places. − The main receptionist was rude and absolutely not accommodative. We stayed for 2 nights and had 3 rooms between the family. When we asked for early check-in, even when the room was ready he asked us to wait. When we asked to check how the upgraded room looks like, he nearly yelled at us. Pool was not clean

Ottima struttura ben posizionata! + Posizione centrale ma rimane silenziosa e tranquilla. Camere pulite ed accoglienti, personale ottimo. Il bar Manna fa ottime colazioni. Struttura consigliata. − Vicinanza alla moschea, il richiamo della moschea si sente, per il resto tutto perfetto!

+ It was well situated and very close to the port, also close to the main street and the beach. The facilities were well equipped and the staff was extremely kind and helped with everything. We also booked the snorkeling experience with the hotel and it was an amazing experience. − Nothing

Grazie al personale della struttura per averci accolto e coccolato dal primo istante, gentilissimi , proattivi , locatio + L’accoglienza, la disponibilità del personale. Abbiamo richiesto un transfer da Lombok alla struttura ed abbiamo avuto diversi imprevisti, il personale hanno gestito con tempestività alla nostra problematica. Davvero consigliatissimo − La gentilezza del personale , la colazione , la posizione , abbiamo cenato 2 sere lì benissimo. Davvero tutto eccellente consigliatissimo

Bien. Sin grandes pretensiones. + Buena ubicación y excelentes zonas comunes. Zona de desayuno muy bonita. Personal muy amable. − Habitaciones algo descuidadas, colchón duro y no hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. No cambian las toallas ni sábanas. El primer día no había agua aunque creo que es un problema de la isla en general.
