Un angolo di paradiso! + Tutto ❤️ Villa stupenda curata in ogni dettaglio, personale super disponibile. − Posizione un po’ scomoda, quasi impossibile muoversi a piedi. Abbiamo preso la villa sunrise per vedere l’alba sull’oceano ma non è effettivamente vista oceano quindi meglio prendere la oceanview.

Good property but can be improved. + Very well planned villas. It was incredibly relaxing. Good food. − Lack of steam/sauna room in the spa. Verbal communication with the staff was difficult due to the understandable language barrier, but it caused major confusions with the spa staff. Road leading up to the property is under works and can get bumpy.

Burocratico e poco flessibile + Il ristorante − Zero servizi flessibili in un’isola in cui ogni villa indipendente ha servizi flessibili per tutti. Proprio un 5 stelle dovrebbe accomodare quanto strutture più modeste sono in grado di fare. Una spa aperta dalle 10 alle 5 non serve a niente e nessuno. A Bali se voglio un massaggio alle 8 del mattino ci deve essere qualcuno in grado di accomodare questa richiesta, cosa che accade in ogni villa indipendente in cui sono stato

+ I had a wonderful stay at Prasana Villas. The villa was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Everything was well organized, and i truly felt welcomed and taken care of. I suggest to go to another place. + Nothing! − Everything, is a completely scam! This is not a five stars hotel, for so many reasons: 1. the pictures showed up don't reflect the reality, the villa is old and is really dirty. 2. the staff doesn't speak well english. 3. the food was terrible, maybe a 3 stars hotel level. 4. to reach the villa, the street was a mess, I have been in bali many times and this is worse then what you can think. 5. we had insects as ants for all our stay, everyday in the toilet.
