+ 11 on Kajeng was a beautiful and tranquil stay in the centre of Ubud, while still feeling wonderfully removed from the chaos. As a solo traveller, I felt completely safe and relaxed throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with a genuine concern for their guests’ comfort and wellbeing. The property has a unique boutique finish, with thoughtful details that make it feel special and intimate. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Ubud, and I would happily stay here again.

Ideally positioned between the city centre and rice fields + The most memorable thing is the kindness of staff and owners. We had chosen to stay in one of the villas and we were marvelled by the beauty. It is decorated in a vintage style but offers all modern comfort. Breakfast also deserves a special mention. One of the best we had during our stay in Bali. Location is ideal, at the same time in the city centre but in a very quiet area and also very close to one of the most enchanting ricefield trail.

Eine wunderschöne, familiäre Unterkunft in toller Lage, die wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können! + Die Lage: sehr zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Gerade bei dem ganzen Trubel in Ubud war es besonders schön, in eine so kleine, familiäre und gemütliche Unterkunft zurückzukommen.

It is an idyllic retreat sandwiched between the chaotic main street (Suweta) and peaceful rice fields off Kajeng, all in + The staff is the best, especially Putu and Merta! The villas are lovely. A little dark, but it's part of the decor. − Nothing.

It’s exactly what you want in a local boutique, especially the friendly, eager-to-help service. + Breakfast service, exceptionally helpful, friendly staff, help in obtaining an item from a local pharmacy. − Lighting in room and especially the bathroom could have been brighter. Location was challenging because the hotel does not front a road where one can be picked up or dropped off easily.

I would like to stay here whenever I visit Ubud ever again. They will take care of you. + It is a hidden gem. Quiet. Excellent service. BEAUTIFUL property and villas. 5-minute walk to the city centre. 5-minute walk to the rice fields. 20m away from the morning traditional market. DO choose this hotel for your stay! I got lost one night looking for the entrance. They called me to guide me. They also texted me later to make sure i got into the room. As a solo woman traveller, this gesture touched me :)
