Not bad but we experienced much betters in Ubud area. + The hotel is located in a lush, peaceful area, offering tranquility. The rooms are spacious, the pool is beautiful, and the spa is excellent. All the staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. However, the bathroom window doesn't open, and there's no ventilation. The lack of ventilation was extremely disturbing for us. Because the hotel is located in a jungle, you naturally encounter various animals. However, we were told the droppings found on the pillow in the room were from a gecko. However, only a very large gecko could produce such a large dropping.. In my opinion, the hotel could prevent such a large animal from being in the room. We saw mice twice in the restaurant area. Yes, it's a natural environment, but having mice roaming around while eating is disturbing, and the hotel should do something about it. In conclusion, we had a pleasant stay, but we were also disturbed by the poorly ventilated bathroom, the like…

Onvergetelijk + Authenticiteit, de kamers zijn erg mooi geintegreerd met de (jungle) natuur. Geweldige locatie en veel te doen in de buurt. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. − Ik kan weinig bedenken, maat persoonlijk vond ik de traditionele muziek in het restaurant snel vervelen.

Cute resort in a perfect traditional village location + Perfect traditional style boutique hotel in a tranquil garden setting overlooking the stunning Pura Gunung Kawi temple. Well priced range of rooms, lots of privacy, very helpful friendly staff. Highly rate this village as a central point for visiting temples and rice fields. The village itself has many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Highlight of my stay was a personal village tour provided by the resort. They also offer a range of activities including yoga. The pool is refreshing with a stunning outlook. Great restaurant. I stayed in a valley view room. Bathroom surfaces could do with a good scrub, but this is typical of most accommodations in Bali and didn’t take away from my enjoyment of the room. Awesome mozzie nets!!

The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Bali. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, and the overall experience. Everything felt very special and authentic. We’ve stayed at several resorts during our time in Bali, and Puri Gangga definitely stands out. Great hotel with very kind staff + What a great hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful and kind. A special thanks for Ferry the manager for helping us. The rooms and pool are so nice. We loved everything in Puri Gangga and hope to come again. A big recommandation for the massage, flower bath and the Purification.

The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel itself is beautiful and even better in person than in the photos. The food was also amazing, with every meal being fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, everything was thoughtfully done and made our stay truly enjoyable.
