For our first time at a resort + The staff we're amazing the 3 girls that did breakfast were so awesome and everyone was so polite to you − The shower wasn't that clean for me and the pool needs some work done to it but it was clean

It was relaxing, do try their slay BBQ buffet dinner, it’s amazing + It was a very good resort pretty near to the KUTA Beach, sports bar street and the beach walk. The staff was very kind. − There is an Indian restaurant that plays Indian songs so it kinda kill the vibe at time but overall it was good.

Recommended - I would stay here again + Staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit old and needs renovation works but the fact that our suite room was big and very good value for the price paid made us disregard that it’s outdated. I liked the kids pool and our son loved it − The hotel is a bit far from beach and center and you would need a vehicle to go everywhere (for us this was very ok)

Had high hopes but really disappointed + The restaurant and bar staff were very welcoming and friendly. The swimming pool was cleaned daily. The gardening team are doing a fantastic job. − When you first walk into a hotel and meet the receptiin its always nice to have someone who greets you and smiles and the ladies do. However there always seems tp be a guy eyes fixed on a screen who will never even look up while dealing with a request I think his name is Jerry. Even if the rest of the reception team want to help he will make sure he blocks them from doing so. The food is tastless and bland, by far the worst I have eaten in any hotel. Breakfast options are a strange assortment of all sorts but nothing tastes very nice. Even the desserts do not taste sweet at all. Coffee and tea are watered down as well as breakfast juices mainly consisting of water. Coolers in room do not work at all. The showers are so slippery and nothing is in place for guests with mobility needs. The showers …
