Great value for money + Good location, clean, super friendly staff, and the room was a great value for the price − The rooftop pool is abit outdated, the tiles were chipping on the edges of the pool & it had no cold soft drinks at the swim up bar.

Lovely hotel + I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was well prepared and exceeded my expectations. The team also surprised me with a lovely birthday cake and a beautiful birthday decoration on the bed, which made my celebration so special. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated the extra effort. Thank you to everyone for making my birthday unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Good family friendly hotel and friendly staff. Recommended accommodation for families. + Connecting rooms, pool and locations to shops − Aircon in room 109 wasn’t working too well, and the bathroom fan wasn’t working. Otherwise, it was all good.

Would b happy to stay again & recommend as it’s walking distance to everything,pool area is ok but not much atmosphe + Gd staff & service,everyone happy to help & always greet u with a smile − Bit of road noise being on busy road,dogs barking early morning only downside.breakfast was ok but not inc in my room ?,u can find much better on the street if u go for a walk & better prices,pool area is ok but not much atmosphere.b careful as there is two sun island hotels,our driver to us to Kuta one when i was staying in Legian & then i had to pay again & wait for another taxi which was a bit annoying first thing when u just want to get to your room..
