+ The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooftop area was lovely with a great view of Canggu especially at sunset! The room was spacious and shower was hot with high water pressure − The blinds let in a lot of light in the morning

+ I got some money back − I had to stay because I booked a non‑cancellable room. The staff showed me three rooms, and all of them were dirty. The second room was the cleanest of the three, so I took it, and they re‑cleaned the bathroom. I had to shower using jandles. There were dead bugs, dirty floors, and an unclean bathroom. Room 1: Very dirty. Room 2: Smelt clean, but there was vomit down the front of the sink and urine marks running down the toilet. Room 3: Smelt strongly of a man’s perfume, looked like someone had just gotten out of bed, and the bathroom was dirty.

Overall correct for the price but needs improvement + Room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful − Bathroom has a very bad smell that doesn’t goes away, We found a small lizard behind the A/C and staff couldn’t remove it There is no balcony to dry out clothes and swim wear Also our room was next to a construction site so there is noise in the morning

Would recommend, will definitely be coming back, staff were so friendly aswell. + Honestly great spot, and rooms were cleaned daily, bathroom was nice. Beds were big. − Only thing that sucked a bit was the curtain was kinda broken, so the sun was coming in, I got a hairclip and just pinned it up though, and the breakfast wasn’t that great. Apart from that, bloody good value for money. Me and the missus enjoyed our stay a lot. Close to a lot of good spots in Canggu.

+ I didn’t get my refund and had a lot of trouble when I wanna cancel so bad so I didn’t stay there so disappointed Contacted the hotell several time an booking and they an never got refound 😞🙏🏾
