We enjoyed and the service we received from Jack was top notch + Overlooking the waterfall The infinity pool − Climbing the stairs was a challenge sometimes. And the lighting in the bathroom was very dim, hard to apply makeup.

The biggest highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. Jack and the entire team were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Jack made sure we had everything we needed and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. We truly felt at home and cannot recommend this place enough. Misleading, avoid dealing with properties like this. + Locals managing are lovely, that’s where it ends. − We booked based on incredible photos and were given a dark, almost windowless room with broken blinds, a dated and dirty bathroom. It was a special occasion for my wife so we just left as have no tolerance for misleading practices like this. Owner refused partial refund, luckily booking.com allowed me to cancel and get half of our booking back as it was very over priced for what we got. After leaving they suggested we could have moved rooms but putting us in such a different room to begin with was enough to not want to deal with such a property.

+ الموظفين تعاملهم ممتاز لكن المكان مخيف من الزواحف وطلبت منهم إنقاص الماء في المسبح ولم يعملون من شأن الأطفال والمسبح صغير الفلل نظيفه صراحة − المكان مخيف من الحشرات والزواحف وبعيد عن السوق ولا توجد بقاله قريبه

A dream come true. Thank you :) + Absolutely everything. The pool was perfect accommodated with the unbelievable draw dropping view, also a perfect temperature. The staff were truly unbelievable. Never met any kinder people, especially Jack, he was brilliant. Loved the privacy, the layout and the air-con were fantastic too. Nice and cold. Shower was also great. TV great size too, beds and pillow were so comfy. − Nothing.
