+ The service was world-class — genuine 5-star attention to detail. A very special mention goes to our guest assistant, Andika. He made our stay flawless, responding to every request instantly and making all our wishes come true in no time. His communication was quick, kind, patient, and always delivered with a warm smile. − They dont have beach area for quests. Spa have very high prices for standard services.

Beautiful Vila + Beautiful villa with plenty of space, privacy, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great, close to the beach, relatively near the airport, and convenient for getting around the area. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent hospitality, a beautiful villa, and a convenient location. With a few improvements, it would be an even better experience. − The only downside was the noise from the street, especially at night. I could hear motorbikes and loud music quite clearly, which took away from the otherwise peaceful setting. The checkout experience was also not as smooth as expected. Although we had informed the staff of our checkout time in advance, there were some delays and confusion during departure.

Great 5-star property by the beach + Amazing 5star property close to Jimbaran beach ,with large pool and spacious villa definitely recommend, I loved to afternoon tea / sweets . Best part about it is the privacy . I had booked a romantic dinner in the villa , it was so beautifully decorated with rose petals and candles .and a cherry on top was the food very tasty , delicious and the presentation was spot on. The concierge service was impressive, left me pampered .even the price was compelling, Literally stands up to clam of 5 stars. − If I had to nitpick then I found small lizard and mosquitoes in the villa

Incredible stay at Kayumanis with the most wonderful staff. + Incredible breakfast, absolutely wonderful staff and the most idyllic location / gardens / villas you could hope for. Some of the interiors need an upgrade but service and the feeling you have at Kayumanis more than makes up for it. − Some fixtures and fittings need an upgrade. Otherwise - nothing!

Increíble + Es una experiencia de lujo! Personal super atento , la villa es espectacular . En la noche te vienen a preparar la habitación para dormir , tienes servicio 24h de cocina , te dan un refrigerio de bienvenida con dulces típicos de la zona . Magnifique villa mais mal entretenue + Le lieu est magnifique, le restaurant est fabuleux, excellent emplacement, la villa est très belle, mais bien mal entretenue ! − La villa est vraiment belle mais très mal entretenue dans le temps ! Il manque des carreaux dans la piscine, les matelas des transats sont tachés, les WC japonais ne fonctionnent pas et mals fixés au sol, les cuvettes des WC ont été repeintes et la peinture s'écaille. Le canapé du salon est noirci de saletés, les fils des lampes sont rafistolés avec du scotch, les panières à linge sont déchirées à plusieurs endroit, tous les meubles en bois sont repeints à la va vite, le dessous visible des lavabos de la sdb sont plein de traces de saletés et de calcaire coulant, et la peinture des murs extérieurs de la sdb a été faite sur de la peinture déjà craquelée, et plusieurs traces de peinture sur la terre et les plantes. Et le top du top sont les stores en bois qui entourent toute la chambre (environ une dizaine) où le systèm…

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour visiter Ubud et Jilbaran + 1/ le spacieux espace privatif de la villa 2 chambres avec piscine et la possibilité de prendre ses repas tranquillement dans sa salle à manger extérieure 2/ le personnel : très souriant, attentif, discret 3/ la proximité immédiate avec la plage 4/ les espaces verts magnifiquement entretenus 5/ les repas : tant le petit déjeuner que la carte offrent des plats simples de qualité (ribs de porcs excellentes) − 1/ la proximité de la route principale et des différentes animations en soirée génèrent du bruit. Sans boules Quies, je n’aurais pu dormir. 2/ quelques petits détails concernant la propreté et l’entretien des équipements : tanches sur la baignoire, douchette des sanitaires de la seconde chambre non opérationnelle. 3/ le changement inutile quotidien des serviettes de bains alors que les hôtes sont encouragée à ne pas gaspiller eau et linge…

Genialne miejsce na odpoczynek + Apartament z prywatnym basenem i ogródkiem. Przepięknie. Nie spodziewałem się tak komfortowego miejsca. Jedzenie pyszne. Strefa SPA doskonała. Dla osób szukających prawdziwego relaksu - genialne miejsce! Dodatkowo hotel znajduje się około 20 minut od lotniska - nie traci się całego dnia na dojazd. Publiczna plaża Jimbaran kilka minut spacerem - przyzwoita.

Een waanzinnige plek, perfect voor onze honeymoon. Wij zullen dit nooit vergeten.👌 + Bij aankomst werden we zeer hartelijik ontvangen. Zo een lieve mensen dat daar werken. Onze villa lag zeer rustig. Bij het openen van de deur stond ons een pareltje van een accommodatie te wachten. Prachtig zwembad, stille kamer, mooie buitenkeuken. Met als kers op de taart een leuk attentie voor onze honeymoon. De badkamer is buiten, wat ik echt wel leuk vond en ook daar werd er extra aandacht geschonken voor onze honeymoon. Een bad gevuld met rozenblaadjes. We hadden een privé buttler die je steeds kon bereiken indien nodig, hij stuurde ons zelfs of alles naar wens was. Wat een service. Het ontbijt is toppie. Rustige omgeving om te ontbijten en een heel uitgebreide kaart. Gewoonweg een zalige plek om onze honeymoon op Bali te starten.
