Alba e mare meravigliosi, staff gentilissimo + La Bella si trova nella posizione migliore per godersi qualsiasi cosa nell'isola! Si ha accesso alla spiaggia, con tanto di lettino gratuiti, da cui si può nuotare in mare con le tartarughe. Abbiamo fatto un bagno con ben 10 tartarughe!! Inoltre vi è un noleggio bici sotto l'hotel e proprio da La Bella parte la strada interna che ti porta direttamente nella parte ovest dell'isola dove andavamo nel tardo pomeriggio per berci un'aperitivo al tramonto. Il personale della reception è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a esaudire ogni Richiesta. La Spa offre massaggi, che a mio parere, dopo 18 giorni di viaggio in Indonesia,sono stati i migliori!! Le ragazze sono molto brave a premere nei trigger point! La camera viene pulita ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani e vengono dati anche i teli mare. Noi avevamo la camera vista mare, che consiglio, perché è una rarità in questa parte dell'isola avere l'affaccio sul mare e abbiamo potuto vedere un'alba mer…

Ottima struttura e ottimo servizio + Struttura in ottima posizione, sulla costa orientale a 10 min a piedi dall’attesa o delle barche. Staff gentilissimo, sia al ristorante che alla reception, anche quando l’ultimo giorno abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e si sono dimostrati super flessibili e collaborativi La colazione è ottima, con una scelta tra 4 opzioni (se il breakfast è incluso, altrimenti à la carte) Camera e bagno ampi e puliti, anche se un pochino impersonali, ma anche il letto molto comodo. − Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera con piscina privata, e la piscina (così come anche l’esterno) è piuttosto basic, anche se l’isola offre e spiagge e tramonti bellissimi per chi il tempo che si passa in camera è Comunque poco

Soggiorno piacevole ma con diversi aspetti da rivedere + Abbiamo scelto la suite con piscina privata. La camera molto pulita e anche nuova. − Ci aspettavamo una piscina privata, invece è condivisa con altre due suite. Servizio colazione molto lento e scelta limitata a un solo piatto e due bevande (es. acqua e caffè).

+ Everything was clean and well organized. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is ideal. − The only small issue was Room 10, which is close to the restaurant’s vacuum cleaner, causing some noise early in the morning and during nap time. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Genial hotel + Habitacion moderna, bonita, cómoda y muy limpia. El desayuno buenísimo en el restaurante Carpe Diem que tienen anexo con 4 opciones: desayuno indones, inglés, americano y bowls. Riquísimo y abundante. También puedes comer u cenar aquí. Lo suficientemente cerca del puerto pero sin el barullo. También alquilan bicis y motos eléctricas. Para dormir cama cómoda y poco ruido. − Las hamacas de la playa tenían la colchoneta un poco sucias.

超级惊艳，还想再入住 + 酒店有自己的水疗中心和餐厅，我们住的villa，开门的瞬间，让我很哇塞🤩，离沙滩非常非常近，大概走10多米就到，环境舒服，安静不喧闹，但走几步就能到海边躺着，每天都会打扫很干净，villa自带的泳池看着不大，实则不小，水深大概1.5米，是可以游一会的，还有漂浮早餐，简直在完美了，是我们这段旅程非常难忘的一段回忆 − 门锁

Ottima scelta! + Posizione molto comoda, personale gentile e accogliente. La nostra camera era fronte spiaggia e permetteva di godersi ogni mattina l’alba direttamente dal letto. Ottima offerta per la colazione… abbiamo adorato le loro smoothie bowl! L’hotel dispone anche di Spa e noleggio biciclette a prezzi molto convenienti. Grazie in particolare a Ely e Tari che ci hanno accolto ogni giorno con un super sorriso. Consigliato!

Good but personally not a 9 + Location was good, close to turtle beach. The harbor is 10 min walking distance, easy to access (and for us it was better as it’s a bit more relaxing than the port area). Lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was overall good (their bowls were huge) even if the choice was limited (especially after 4 nights) compared to the larger menu they have for external people. Their massage was frankly the best one we got during our stay in Bali and nearby islands. − The bathroom is “open-air”, which is not what we were really expecting. Furthermore, personally we didn’t like the beach (most of the time the sea was agitated-not their fault) and the hotel amenities beach front: there are only two rows of umbrella and sunbeds (free for hotel guests)and you feel a bit a bit “packed” as, right after the second row, there are tables and chairs from their restaurants with people having breakfast/having lunch (so it didn’t feel a lot “relaxing”).
