Perfect staycation for solo travelers + everything is excellent . greeted by warm smile of Ms Rizki , and Mr Rifqy upon checking in , although a bit delayed and queued but the front desk is solutive and giving me the room that i preffered shout out to Ms Nazwa. she gave me a room with the view of Medan's city scape. breakfast is also excellent for 3 star hotel the food was warm and delicious. upon checking out i was assisted by Mr Alfahry that handles my luggage and smoothly checking out my room. overall the stay was excellent and would come back again soon when going back to medan! :)

Good Place to Stay + I had a mixed experience during my stay. The food was delicious, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, there was a water leak in my room that was not handled properly. The only action taken was placing a cloth to absorb the water, which was not an adequate solution and unfortunately caused an unpleasant smell. This affected both the comfort and hygiene of the room. I hope the management can improve how such issues are addressed in the future. With better maintenance and quicker, more appropriate responses, the overall experience could be much better.

+ The best thing about this hotel is the incredible beef satay place across the road opposite. There are much nicer places you can stay in Medan for half the price. This was supposed to be a little treat for us but we ended up leaving disappointed. − Everything was just tired and a bit dirty, the gym equipment needs maintenance, the pool is essentially a smoking area where other guests take videos of you. The massage itself was very good, but dimmer lighting and a bit of music wouldn’t go amiss. The staff wouldn’t give us any towels for the pool, they said we had to use the ones from our room, and when we asked for extra we were told no. This is in the higher price bracket for Medan and it’s just not worth it.

Business Trip + You will like the food at Swiss Belinn Gajah Mada. The staff cleans the rooms well. A nightclub next door will disturb your sleep. The club plays loud music all night. You will hear heavy bass sounds inside your room until morning. You should bring earplugs if you sleep here.

+ Sehr solides Hotel, sauber, guter Service. Richard von der Lobbybar war sehr zuvorkommend. Rooftpool ist sehr cool, Massage war extraklasse. − Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Fitness ist etwas alibimässig eingerichtet. Entkalken im Bad wäre nicht verkehrt.
