Never again + The staff were friendly − Have been there 4-5 times and each time it gets worse. Will not be going back again. The quality and selection of the breakfast has significantly declined and is equivalent to 3 star hotel. Making matters worse you are forever waiting for them to replenish what little food is available

+ Camere spaziose e piscina sul rooftop − Nel messaggio di benvenuto si parla di "all day breakfast". Purtroppo un giorno siamo usciti molto presto per un'escursione e al nostro rientro in hotel h.17 avremmo voluto usufruire del servizio colazione. Il personale ci ha ha risposto che la all day breakfast è intesa fino alle h.16. Inoltre all'arrivo è richiesto un deposito cauzionale che non è menzionato chiaramente in fase di prenotazione. Oltre questo il deposito non viene restituito immediatamente al check out ma dopo qualche giorno in base alle tempistiche di accredito bancarie.

Great Hotel. Great Service + Breakfast was amazing. It had everything you could want to start your day. − Overall the hotel was excellent. The only downfall I would say was the location. It is half way between Legian and Seminyak (about a 20 min easy walk to Legian) however the hotel does offer a shuttle directly to the beach at Seminyak but perhaps a shuttle to Legian would be helpful.

Prima verblijf met ruimte voor verbetering + Mooie ruime kamers, Goede bedden Mooi groot zwembad op het dak − Ontbijt buffet niet heel bijzonder. Dingen waren vaak op. Daarnaast kon je alleen de koffie of thee van het buffet drinken (de thee zo zwart als koffie) als je cappuccino of zelf een thee wilde bestellen moest je hier voor bij betalen. Dit vind ik niet 5 sterren waardig.

Overall it’s still a top pick for hotels in Seminyak area! Location & facilities are great! + Very nicely kept, rooms have been upgraded partially over the years so looking crisp rather than tired!! − Having the room key not work to unlock doors before the check out time

+ Nous avons séjourné en famille dans une villa deux chambres. La villa est très spacieuse et bien organisée. Les boissons soft sont fournies gratuitement tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et convenable. La salle de sport aussi. Le service navette est pratique pour déposer à la plage. Le personnel est très cool comme partout à Bali. − Des lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre auraient été un plus car nous avons voyagé avec deux adolescents. Les boissons chaudes autres que le thé et le café basique doivent être payées en supplément lors du petit déjeuner. C'est dommage pour un hôtel dit 5*.
