Séjour décevant + La villa est incroyable et la vue sur la baie est superbe. La navette de l'hôtel amenant à la plage. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet vraiment délicieux ! − Les villas sont isolées dans la montagne donc il est difficile d'explorer les environs (les taxis sont onéreux car la route d'accès est étroite et sinueuse, dangereuse de nuit). Le restaurant de l'hôtel est cher pour Lombok avec une cuisine très passable et peu généreuse et un service non pro (les cocktails arrivent après les plats, des commandes sont oubliés, les 4 plats sont servis avec 20min d'écart..). Nous avons eu la surprise de ne pas être acceptés au restaurant qui était complet le premier soir (personne ne nous ayant suggéré de réserver alors que nous étions arrivés à 12h..). Les scooters sont usagers et vieux pour le prix. Nous avons eu des lits simples et une baignoire non fonctionnelle.. nous aurions aimé mieux.

On a passé un moment super agréable et déconnecté au Selong selo. Les enfants se sont super bien amusés au Kids club et + Les villas spacieuses et le cinéma en plein air − Le fait qu'il faille réserver chaque soir le restaurant car pas assez de places pour accueillir les clients.

Best place Ive ever stayed in. + There was nothing not to like about this place. The photos dont do it any justice. The only downside is that its a bit far from town so your own car/bike would be helpful. Otherwise a 10 out of 10 − The only complaint would be that the pool could have been a little warmer but really no big issue.

Una experiencia excepcional, con algunos aspectos a mejorar + El alojamiento en sí es increíble, con unas vistas espectaculares hacia la playa y un diseño de la villa realmente bonito. Por otro lado, el personal en general es muy amable y la oferta culinaria es increíble. La gastronomía era uno de los aspectos que más me preocupaban durante el viaje y, en este alojamiento, pude disfrutar de muchas opciones diferentes en las tres comidas del día. Sin duda, un punto muy positivo de la estancia. − Supongo que los aspectos negativos están, en parte, sujetos a la mala suerte. A veces, durante una estancia, pueden surgir una serie de incidencias que terminan afectando y condicionando la experiencia. En mi caso, durante gran parte de la estancia estuve pendiente de que solucionaran el problema del agua caliente y de que cambiaran la bomba de agua para evitar que el agua siguiera saliendo tan marrón. Entiendo que este tipo de cosas pueden ocurrir, pero sí me fastidió haber perdido una parte…

Rooms with a incredible view + Das Resort ist ein Traum. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Sehr gastfreundlich! Essen im Restaurant lecker, sowie ein herrliches Frühstücksbuffet. − "Nicht gefallen" ist falsch ausgedrückt und zu negativ. Einige Dinge sind wichtig zu wissen: - verglichen mit dem Standard der Bewohner Lomboks gleicht das Resort einem Palast. Fließendes Wasser und sanitäre Anlagen sind nicht selbstverständlich auf Lombok, deshalb haben wir über einige Dinge hinwegsehen, wie z. B. die Sauberkeit und die teilweise abgewohnte Einrichtung. Es war ordentlich, aber gewiss kein europäischer Standard. - das Resort liegt außerhalb, oben auf dem Berg. Kurz mal raus gehen und z.B. auswärts Essen gehen ist nicht möglich, geht nur mit Taxi oder Roller.
