+ We had the perfect stay. The team was always on hand to help and assist when needed. Sanctoo is the perfect amount of resort. Everything you need, but not overcrowded like larger resorts. Perfect for families. Dewi from guest services was a star, as was our driver. The staff somehow all remember your names. It’s the touches like this which set it apart.

Great experience with sanctoo + The room is spacious and clean! One thing that stands out for me is the staff remember your name, that is really an effort to remember everyone who checks in the hotel. Plus point for being next to the zoo and the unlimited zoo entries! My boy enjoys them. The facilities are great and well maintained and since it is low density, it is less crowded in the pool. Also, during breakfast you get to see the cassowary. Overall its very family friendly. Will definitely repeat this hotel in the future. − Water in the toilet does not seem to drain well and our aircond is a bit noisy that I didnt get enough sleep the first night. Breakfast has limited variety.

+ Bardzo dobry hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Świetny basen podzielony na dwie części: brodzik + głębszy 1,4m. Lokalizacja świetna z dala od hałasu i tłumów. Sklepy oddalone o ok 5-8 minut pieszo. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu zarówno w recepcji, jak i każdym innym obszarze hotelu. Śniadania bardzo dobre, a szczególnie duży plus za bardzo dobrą kawę serwowaną z ekspresu kolbowego, a nie z automatu. W piątki hotel organizował grill w restauracji z muzyką na żywo co było bardzo miłym dopełnieniem dnia. Hotel usytuowany jest obok zoo, do którego jest nielimitowany dostęp, a każde dziecko lubi zwierzęta. Za dodatkową opłatą w zoo można karmić słonie, kapibary, surykatki, a nawet tygrysa. Niezapomnianym przeżyciem była wspólna kąpiel ze słoniami. Hotel posiada pełen wachlarz zabiegów spa, z których korzystaliśmy wielokrotnie, a największą zaletą spa jest szum wodospadu, który jest obok tego miejsca. Magique pour les enfants avec les animaux tout autour + Superbe hôtel. Se réveiller avec les lémuriens et aras à nos fenêtres étaient juste extraordinaire! Très belles chambres. Le spa est superbe, les massages vraiment très qualitatifs − Les repas au restaurant étaient un peu en deçà du reste vs le prix. Et comme l’hôtel est assez isolé, impossible de sortir pour un autre.
