Un séjour magnifique, petit déjeuner top, personnel très chaleureux + Le séjour était formidable, le personnel accueillant, chaleureux, à l'écoute et répond rapidement à toute demande. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux, très varié et le service était top − Payer le petit déjeuner pour notre enfant était une surprise alors que ce n'était pas indiqué dans la réservation puisque nous avons payé les frais de séjour en totalité. La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle

次回も宿泊を検討します + 朝食は期待以上で、素晴らしい。あまりにも種類が多く、やりすぎです。 − 宿泊してからのアンケートがいろんなスタッフから連絡が来て、しかもそれぞれ関係のない旅行サイトへの回答を誘導され、鬱陶しかったです。せめてホテルかたとbooking.comのみで回答したかったです。

+ نظافة المكان - قريب من الطريق السريع للمطار - الطريق الدائري - قريب من البحر − اخذوا تأمين لثلاث غرف تقريبا ألف ريال - عطل في الدخول الآلي لغرفة نوم رئيسية في اليوم الثاني - بطارية وتأخر كثيراً في اصلاحه- دخول سيارات التوصيل سواء للطلبات او المشاوير بفلوس للوبي الفندق - المسبح عطلان - لا يوجد مساج في الفندق فقط طلب من الخارج - تأخر في استلام الغرف حتى الثالثة والنصف مع انه وصولي الساعة الثانية فقط تسلمت غرفة واحدة من ثلاث .

+ The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The traditional Indonesian food menu was great. Maybe just add some more western style food options to the dinner menu to accommodate everyone. Thats all very good in all − Pool temperature could be a lil bit more higher but that is very minor.

Excellent service and a warm professional atmosphere + The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is very good, and the overall quality of the cuisine is excellent. The front desk team is particularly helpful, efficient, and uncomplicated, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the housekeeping team’s attention to detail, which clearly shows genuine care for the guest experience. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service and a warm, professional atmosphere. I would gladly return. − The only downsides during my stay were that the pool is currently being renovated and the fitness centre is rather limited in terms of equipment.
