+ Wat een heerlijke villa! Echt genieten van de ruimte, het zwembad en de buitendouche was heerlijk. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en hebben we bij de villa laten bezorgen. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je zit zo op de boulevard bij het strand. We zouden hier zeker teruggaan. − Zoals in de recensies al te lezen was, ligt het resort aan een doorgangsweg naar het strand dus het geluid van scooters hoor je goed 's nachts. Ze bieden standaard oordopjes aan. Geen bezwaar voor ons want op de heerlijke bedden val je zo in slaap.

A lovely oasis with everything walking distance. + Traditional style villas, quiet, great location, shaded sun lounges, nice outdoor area with couch and 2 lounge chairs, friendly staff, pool great temperature. Walking distance to many cafes along beach, market stalls and IKON Shopping Centre. A basic breakfast could be sent to your villa or eaten at their Restaurant on site.

Friendly staff but in need of some general maintenance & repairs. − The buildings are over due for repair & maintenance. Villa 116 needs attention; on the outdoor decking boards and door way step, there is a globe that doesn't turn off in the bathroom and floors were not cleaned at start of our stay. It seems to be under staffed and no atmosphere. Going to the Zodiac bar for happy hours was actually quite sad.

Relaxing , friendly , great location , value for money + Friendly staff .. great location .. very comfortable facilities with the private pool .. definite recommend .. my partner & myself will definitely be back − The only thing I would say is the bathroom is a little dark when shaving

Gute Lage in Sanur, etwas in die Jahre gekommen + Wir hatten die Villa mit den 2 Schlafzimmern und dem eigenen Pool gebucht. Die Zimmer bzw. das ganze Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in gepflegtem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Betten bequem. In 5 min zu Fuß ist man bei der Icon Bali (große Mall). Die Pools sind alle sehr schön. − Unsere Villa lag nah an der Straße und der Straßenlärm war nachts störend. Man muss genaue Zeiten zum Frühstücken angeben, an die sich dann aber das Hotel überhaupt nicht gebunden fühlt - und zwar egal, ob man in der Villa oder im Restaurant frühstückt. Die Qualität des Frühstücks lässt zu wünschen übrig.

We had a lovely stay at the villas highly recommend them + Loved the outside area and the pool was a good size in the villas also their main pool was lovely and the position was great. The staff were lovely and so helpful − The outside shower wasn’t that great the Water pressure was just not there. Just didn’t like the access to the beach with all the market ladies hassling you every time you walked by.

Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhätnis. + Das Zimmer mit dem private Pool ist perfekt und sehr schön gestaltet. Wenn man mit Kindern verreist, ist es ein absolutes Highlight. Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl. Das Hotelrestaurant ist eine gute Alternative, wenn man doch nicht zum Essen suchen rauslaufen will. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber in wenigen Fußschritten ist man direkt am Strand und das neue Icon Mail ist in 5 min erreichbar. − Der Zeitpunkt des Cleaning Services war uns bis zuletzt ein Mysterium. Andererseits ist die Villa so geräumig, dass man einfach nur in den Außenbereich umziehen muss, wenn der Cleaning Service da war. Der Außenpool ist sehr schön, nur leider war das Wasser zum Teil leicht grün.

Dommage + L’emplacement au top, proche de la plage même si celle ci n’était pas très belle et proche restaurant et centre commercial − Nous n’avons pas pu dormir durant tout le séjour c est a dire 3 nuits, bruit infernal ( le va et vient des scooters )toute la journée jusqu’à 01h du matin et reprise à 06h. La villa est vieillotte, les stores en bois ne fonctionnent pas du coup il faut oublier la grasse mat car la lumière rentre dans la chambre. Le matelas du lit principal doit être changé. La piscine est à l’ombre donc froide. Le café du petit déjeuner est imbuvable.beaucoup d’effort à faire pour mériter un 4 étoiles. Par contre le personnel est sympa. Le petit déjeuner en villa c est super

Our third stay and I'm sure we'll return. + Villas are spacious, clean and situated so close to Sindhu Beach and the breakfast has improved from our last visit 2 years ago. Staff were very helpful. − Not so much a dislike but just a comment that there were a couple of small maintenance issues that could've been addressed although they didn't impact on our stay.
