Die Lichtanlage ist allerdings etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig 😅💡 und im Bad war es für unseren Geschmack etwas zu dunkel. Ansonsten alles super 👍🌴😊

+ Cliff top views, modern design, infinity pool − Staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming. Male servers were better than most female servers. Jacqueline was friendly and commendable. Angel was not friendly, seemed like she didn’t want to be there and anything that I asked her for like a drink or what is the time or reminding her about the straw that I asked for and she forgot to give me, she pulled a face as though it was too much effort. These interactions made the stay less enjoyable for me.

Overall very good, pool area very beautiful. Overpriced for what you get. + The location, pool and views were incredible − I felt the rooms were a little underwhelming. There was very little “luxury” feel. No body lotion in bathroom, no extras, no hairdryer, no gowns or slippers. Just basics.

Over rated for very bad place i well not come back so bad + All is bad − My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Honestly, I do not think the hotel deserves its current rating or the price they charge. The service was very poor and slow. There were not even Kleenex tissues available in the bathrooms. The restaurant prices were also extremely expensive compared to the quality and level of service provided. The rooms were very noisy and had poor sound insulation. Throughout my stay, I could clearly hear motorcycles, cars, and constant honking from outside, which made it very difficult to sleep and relax. Overall, the hotel is far too expensive for what it offers and is definitely not worth the price or the rating it has. My rating would be zero out of ten, and I would not recommend staying here.

One of those rare places where the location, the atmosphere, the people and the experience all come together perfectly. + We absolutely loved our stay here. First of all, the location is truly exceptional — right above beautiful Padang Padang Beach, with the sound of the ocean constantly in the background. Falling asleep and waking up to the waves every day was an absolute dream. We stayed in one of the Wantilan villas and the room was beautiful, spacious, extremely comfortable and felt very special. What we also loved is that although this is a resort, it never feels huge or overwhelming. Everything is close, accessible and easy — no endless walks just to get from your room to breakfast or the pool 😊 And the staff… simply incredible. ❤️ Every single person we met was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. A wonderful place! We will return! + The view is awesome. The bar/restaurant are beautifully appointed, beautifully lit. Attention to detail. Lovely sound system. Great beer menu and snacks. Coffee was great. The music and atmosphere, including the live entertainment were well curated and mood-appropriate: excellent. The Spa massage was great; lovely environment. The room was clean and fresh as were the grounds. The staff were always attentive and service was excellent. − There was no hot water in the morning. This simply must be fixed for 5m IDR a night. The restaurant prices are "paying for the view". Nasi Goreng was 240k IDR. At the time this was $20AUD - for fried rice! But we paid it because the view really is wonderful as is the environment. I also dislike the very common practice of menu prices that do not include surcharges and taxes. The surcharges are arbitrary so it is plainly deceptive. Usine à argent + Les espaces communs sont sublimes : l'énorme structure en bambou du restaurant, la piscine a débordement sur la mer, l'entrée majestueuse. − Malheureusement, tout ici est fait pour gagner de l'argent malgré un prix des chambres déjà bien trop élevé pour l'expérience client. Les extérieurs sont certes magnifiques... mais ils les ouvrent aux extérieurs (moyennant un ticket d'entrée) en journée, donc le havre de paix se retrouve bondé de personnes au détriment des clients de l'hôtel. Le restaurant a des prix hallucinants pour des quantités ridicules, j'ai personnellement préféré sortir tous les soirs et les midis de l'hôtel ce qui perd de l'intérêt pour le cadre. Le petit déjeuner était ok pour moi mais là encore, énormément de choses en options (ex. Un café non balinais est payant). En comparant à d'autres hôtels faits en Indonésie, même dans des secteurs touristiques, la chambre payée 300€/nuit n'en vaut pas plus que 100€. Pas de petits plus (ex. Pas de mouchoirs, pas …

Açmadığımız içinde oda çok karanlık oldu. .Otelin harıka bir barı var. Ama kokteyler çok başarılı ne yazık ki değil. Restaurant menüsü biraz pahalı. Masaj açık havada yapılıyor. Dalga sesleri ile aslında çok güzel ama biraz daha profosyonelleşmesi gerek.

⭐ Une expérience très décevante, loin du standing affiché + Les espaces communs, notamment la piscine et les extérieurs, sont très beaux et offrent de belles vues. En revanche, les chambres sont loin du niveau de standing que l’hôtel laisse imaginer. − Nous avons payé environ 6 millions IDR par nuit pour finalement passer une nuit horrible à cause de grenouilles qui sautaient partout dans la chambre qui été littéralement infestée de grenouilles noire et autres bêtes. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, on nous a simplement répondu que c’était « normal à Bali ». Pour nous, ce n’est absolument pas acceptable dans une chambre à ce prix. La gestion du problème a été encore plus décevante : aucune solution satisfaisante à part on envoie quelqu’un enlever le crapeau! aucun geste commercial à la hauteur et énormément de temps perdu pour nous proposer un logement inférieur si on veut changer de chambre. Ci piacerebbe ritornare! + La location è splendida, da cartolina, con piscine e ristorante affacciati sull’oceano, stanze spaziose e bagni molto belli. − Dovrebbero descrivere meglio le stanze perché abbiamo scelto una “ocean view” quando in realtà non lo era affatto. Visto il nostro disappunto ci è stata però proposta una stanza differente, abbiamo apprezzato molto.

After checking out, we left our luggage in the hotel’s luggage room while we went surfing. When we returned, we collected our luggage, sat down at the hotel, and ordered lunch. At that point, our backpack containing our passports, electronics, and cash was with us. A waitress came to take our food and drink order and saw exactly where our bags were. We then asked about taking a shower. The same waitress personally escorted us from the area where we had left our belongings to the shower facilities. We were away from our bag for only around FIVE MINUTES. When we came back, our drinks had already been placed on the table. Sh…
