Good stay with a shopping centre and food local. + The swimming pool was a good size and very clean. The beds were comfortable. − Slightly dated and could do with a refresh. The rooms were clean and comfortable though.

Details + I want to thank the kitchen staff and the employees for preparing my breakfast to go at 5 am. I arrived in Surabaya and ate it at the airport, it was warm and delicious. They wrapped my fried rice in aluminium foil to preserved the heat. It was meaningful. Thank you!

not worth it. + Sadly on this occasion there is nothing I liked − I've stayed here before in 2023 and I really enjoyed my stay, staff were great then, but on this occasion no one was interested in their job it just felt like they didn't want to be there, breakfast was even worse than last time, I didn't think that was possible. My room was also right next to the elevator which was constantly in use regardless of the hour

Malang, Bromo e cascate in famiglia. + Camere pulite, bagni funzionanti e letti comodi. Ottima piscina. Colazione appena sufficiente per la parte dolce, discreta per la parte salata. Posizione abbastanza funzionale per visitare la città. La struttura dell’albergo ci ha organizzato molto gentilmente tutti i trasferimenti da Yogyakarta e verso Banyuwangi e le visite al vulcano Bromo e alle cascate Tumpak Sewu. Altre strutture non ci hanno dato questa Assistenza. In questo sono fenomenali. − Non ho nulla da segnalare di negativo.

+ I do not think this hotel lives up to 3 stars. The room was very small and their where no towel for after you was your hands. If you want that you have to pay for it - This shouldn't be the case in a 3 star hotel.
