pleasant stay with helpful staff. + the room was a good size and comfortable. And quiet. Lift worked well. Location is fine. not far from the city. Plenty of taxi's around to take you around at a fair price. No shopping close by but several restaurant's close to the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of Asian food and enough western food to keep you going.

Very good + Staff service is commendable − The pillow is too thin and the bathroom is stained with dark mould and it's scary.

Disappointing overall + Huge room. Staff were superb − Very run down. The pool was crowded and the water was very cloudy and did not look hygienic

+ Freundliche Personal − Sorry, aber das Fruehstueck war ueberhaupt nichts fuer mich. Ich war trotz Fruehstueck inkl. ausserhalb fruehstuecken. Die Umgebung war auch sehr einsam, aber GRAP ist auf Batam extrem guenstig.

Breakfast need to inprove and all room prefer some air freshner + Got smoking room − Posibble the bedsheet need to use laundry fragrance ya cuz so smelly the bedsheet and pillow case

My honest feedback + Smooth & fast check out. − #0831 AC could be better. Staff should be more welcoming, and should smile more. Breakfast carbonara was ATROCIOUS!! you need to use your own room towel after swimming. Should change this policy.
