+ We had amazing stay. The stuff was amazing!!!! Everywhere we went everyone was super nice and did everything to make us feel good! The room was very high standard We celebrate birthday and the stuff gave us a cake and coffee to the room in the morning. They came twice a day to make the room clean and ready for bed − There was no gym which is very disappoint for us. You expect from that kind of a resort to have one

Nice resort and beautiful location. But not top notch. Overpriced considering the service. + Beautiful property with amazing view − This is Not the Service of a 5 Star Hotel. People were really friendly, nice and tried but service of a 5 Star Hotel is different. There are construction next to resort. So you will hear construction noise during breakfast.

Since you step in the lobby you smell the flower’s. Take your time and relax inside the hotel, forest side of the hotel + When you walk there it is like heaven, nice flowers, around the infinite pool you can relax and enjoy the sound of pure nature. Don’t miss forest massage and yoga classes in the forest side. − Room are ubud style, you may love them or not. Breakfast can be better.

+ Beautiful Location, quick & excellent sevice and esp the staff who were extremely courteous . As per our email request due to our health condition..kamandalu was very considerate and gave the rooms with less climbing. − Very less vegetarian options.. and the Indian vegetarian breakfast esp aloo paratha and upma was horrible.. Also their sealed glass water bottles ...not able to open it at all.. Very less lights in the room near the beverages drawers..

A perfect week of rest, elevated by outstanding, attentive staff. + Everything was perfect, especially the sense of rest and relaxation the villa offered. The staff were extremely attentive throughout our stay, genuinely warm and professional. A special mention to Putra, whose care and attention made our stay truly wonderful. − Nothing at all, we have no negative points to share.

+ Gli spazi comuni, l’arredamento − Le camere non sono super moderne, mancano delle cose secondo me fondamentali, come la presa per il phon in bagno o l’erogatore di acqua a muro nella doccia. L’acqua della piscina non era pulita. Però la struttura è molto bella
