− False advertising. We booked this hotel believing that because it was located within the airport we could rest while catching our connecting flight. Instead we were told at the airport we would have to purchase a visa each and leave customs.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the Anara Airport Terminal 3 complex. + The space, ergotomy, chic arrangements, cleaningless of the room and the warm politeness of the hotel staff, overall! The reception staff are friendly, polite, and well-organised, helping visitors with every query and last-minute requests! The room bathroom is extra spacious with amenities like bidet function, full accessories, e.g., hygienelly & sunstainably sealed toothpaste(s), tootbbrushes(s) comb, sanitary bag, soap, conditioning shampoo, and full-body shower gel. The low-noise hairdryer is a pleasant plus, as well as the fresh towels and bedlinnen. The actual indoor decoration is tasteful and relaxing with very good-sized furniture and plugs/ports for our electronics in every corner. A big bench to accommodate luggage and a roomy desktop for getting out-ready or work/study!!
