Fantastic honeymoon stay + This resort was amazing. Rooms were fantastic. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so friendly. We ate in the hotel regularly and the food was always so delicious. We didn’t get bitten at all while staying here either which was fantastic. Such a good ambiance around the resort. The pools had fantastic views. − We loved everything

Amazing + The staff is very friendly and helpful, always trying to help. Our room was perfect and even when we arrived and the jacuzzi was having a problem, they worked fast to solve everything as fast as possible. The flowers in the pool were a perfect touch to our wedding anniversary. I loved the view from our room, and the sound from the river, it looked like we were at the blue lagoon movie. We loved our stay here 💕 − There is just some management that should be verified like there is some smell that comes from the sewage, some pool chairs and floor that need repairing from the common pool area.

It was very relaxing stay , amazing staff + Its unique location and beautiful nature location. Staff is amazing and very attentive and supportive. Food is amazing with culture programs every day. − This location is not very toddlers friendly as it’s quite open on pools and we needed to be 100% on feet with toddler. I would recommend this place to honeymoon ppl or ppl with no kids

Oasis outside the craziness of Ubud + Everything, but the staff stood out. Every single staff member from reception, to food, bar and spa treated me with warmth, hospitality and a heartfelt smile every single day. Food was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, the rooms are large and comfortable and the shuttle very efficient. even though the hotel is a bit out of Ubud, it’s super easy and cheap to grab a taxi if the shuttle wasn’t an option. I loved the early morning yoga a lot ! − everything was perfect. The only thing the hotel can think about is upgrading the towels in the bathroom and pool to a more luxurious feel. A small thing but in my view would elevate the room and pool experience
