Private not peaceful + Ocean side and the private pool − Asked to be placed in a quite are for places next to the road across from karaoke bar that went on till 1am in the morning No fresh coconut what’s a resort without coconut?

Incredible Experience + Everything was almost perfect including breakfast. Amazing staff. − Our villa pool & outdoor area could of done with some maintenance & a freshen up. Toilet was terribly stained on the exterior, should be rectified.

Stunning resort, fabulous location, staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. We would defini + Everything!! We were upgraded to a pool villa, it was stunning and so relaxing. Staff were amazing, especially the shuttle driver - he couldn’t have done more to help. − A couple of little things - we were in a villa near the front road, so music from nightclub could be heard however it did seem to finish by around 10pm. We were a long way from the main hotel pool, restaurant and beach front, however we were upgraded and I wasn’t going to complain. Next time we would ask to be near main pool area. Room was almost perfect - a couple of extra electric sockets next to bed to charge phone etc would be great.

Dissapointing + Location. Right on the beach. Backs onto the road strip. Nice pool with background music during the day. − Bed was uncomfortable. Big hollow in the mattress Gym was in adequate no pedals fitted on the bike Decking around the pool was becoming loose in many places and lifting up. It is generally looking tired Bar prices are too high. Considerably higher than neighbouring resort. Hired a scooter through the hotel. The back brake was virtually useless

Lovely staff, lovely accommodation 10/10 + Beautiful villas, having a private pool as well as access to the main pool is a bonus. The staff were able to organise a massage at any time in their on site spa. The staff are all incredibly lovely, went out of their way to cheer up our toddler and organise anything we required including travel and laundry. − Nothing to dislike.

Amazingly beautiful, enjoyable and so relaxing. + We loved everything about the property. The location, the rooms, the food, but most of all, the beautiful staff. They are kind, caring, helpful, and sincerely just want to make your stay perfect. Absolutely beautiful people are the Balinese. − There was nothing we didn’t like.

OK but better value right next door at 1/4 the cost! + Manager Fernando was good when we saw him on first day - did not see him again. However at front desk , a gentleman named "Gunawan" could not do enough for us he made our stay very special!! He is a star! − Breakfast lets it down terribly - staff show no initiative & let food go cold, no cups for coffee, spoons near cereal if you need a soup spoon, tables dirty and unprepared, have to ask & then they wipe with a dirty re-used rag that they use on everything - not clean. Have to prompt them for everything - not good for the produce - better value deals right next door. Pool at our villa was nice but always freezing cold!

− Very disappointed We checked in at their desk ready to catch the boat, the staff and service was excellent. So thought the same level of service would happen once we reached the resort. The boat trip was smooth sailing. We arrived at the resort and received a very warm welcome. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we went for a walk to the main strip and got supplies. Back to reception to wait for our room. Our room was ready at 1.15pm. Room was grand premier with pool for 5 nights. Was advised to call reception with anything we need. Got taken to our room, and were shown all the power switches and safe. Had to ask how you use the safe. Realised they hadn’t given us details for wifi, called reception for details. No details in the room of room service, tours, no info whatsoever ever. No pool towels supplied in the pool villa. The room looked beautiful, until you realise all the problems. Window in bathroom has a gap of 2cm, entrance door has a gap on the left of 2cm plus when the 2…

Relaxing and the best location ever for a short stay away from the hussle and bustle of Kuta. + The team were amazing, really enjoyed location having the beach right at the front, and the pool, bar and deck chairs just fantastic. We are certainly looking at returning with our adult kids, access to restaurants and bars was also great. − I really do not have anything bad to say.

We hadden meer verwacht + De ligging is zeer goed juist aan het strand , de boot vanuit Sanur was goed geregeld , het personeel is vriendelijk . − We verbleven 3 nachten in een garden villa maar het was een teleurstelling de villa was zeer oud en versleten en is dringend aan renovatie toe . Rond het zwembad liggen planken los , tegels die los liggen enz … het hotel is geen 5 sterren waard . Jammer van ons geld .

+ Personeel is echt top. Bed is goed. Lokatie mooi . Baby schildpadden uit zetten is echt heel erg mooi. Dit doen ze 2 x per week. Uitzicht op zons ondergang. Ontbijt redelijk goed. Van gebakken ei , jam en lokale eten . − Appartement verouderd. Voordeur binnenplaats ging op slot van het huisje geen sleutel. Kluis stond los in de kast . vloeren kraken erg . Zwembad tegels laten los . Kinderen kunnen vast zitten in de zuivering. Deze zuigt hard en als een kind daar vast in komt te zitten, heb je een groot probleem. Kleding laten wassen extreem duur 30 euro voor 5 kilo. Absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. 3 sterren maximaal

Loved our stay and the island , will definitely return next September + Location and the amazing staff . Lovely villas.. mature clientele − My only complaint would be that the music around the pool area during the day is tooo loud , it’s not relaxing.. and hard to read . Single bed options would be good for friends sharing 👍

It was an amazing experience + We had the most wonderful stay at Lembongan Beach Club & Resort and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. A very special thank you to Riska, Dyana and girls with the cake sang happy birthday just beautiful . Gidday and of course their wonderful manager Fernando. They all went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday so incredibly special. Their kindness, attention to detail and genuine care made the celebration one we’ll always remember. Our private villa with a pool was absolutely perfect — peaceful, relaxing and the ideal place to unwind. And the sunsets were simply amazing! 🌅 What really made our stay stand out, though, was the people. The whole team made us feel so welcome and looked after, and we left with some very special memories. Thank you to everyone at Lembongan Beach Club & Resort for an unforgettable stay.
