always a great time! + strategically located in south Jakarta, with just a few step to the Kalibata railway station … the always active electricity switch in the rooms presents a more comfortable stay … check in and out administration runs efficient and effectively with the help of Ms. Dea and Ms. Duma … always a great time!

Swissbell hotel experience + Lovvvvve it here 😍They have the best breakfast options! We had the hotel staff beautiful Melinda who assisted us. Would love to come back here.

Business stay. + The rooms here are very comfortable and lavishing. The restaurant is just awesome especially the food here. Mostly traditional and very delicious. The delicacy of the food is just next level. I am really enjoying my stay here. I would recommend my friends from my country Papua New Guinea to come here if they visit Indonesia. Melinda from the restaurant assisted us throughout and I live her hospitality here. Love the cleanliness of the Hotel.

For a night stay, it’s not bad. + The location is closed to the train station and local shopping centre Kalibata Mall for Kalibata/Rawajati area. (Walking distance) − The room was a bit dark and dim, the bathroom shower had some black spots in a few areas. The room could use a thorough clean, especially dusting, and it would benefit from fresh coat of paint. The bed was comfortable though.

Fijn, vriendelijk en gastvrij. En een heerlijk bed om even bij te komen. + We reisden met het gezin ter ere van ons 25-jarig huwelijk. Ze hadden leuke zwanen handdoeken op ons bed gemaakt en een lieve tekst op de spiegel geschreven., Het was een mooie kamer op een hoge verdieping, dus mooi uitzicht. Goed geholpen met het vinden van een restaurant later op de avond. Het ontbijt was fijn, want er was yoghurt. Daar hadden we wel even zin in na een aantal dagen rijst of toast. − Niets

Wonderful, thanks to the hard work of the hotel staff. + While booking, it said "very good breakfast", and indeed the breakfast was very good. The location was convenient for me, the hotel itself was very pretty, and I loved the view from my 17th-floor room. But the best part was the staff, super kind and attentive, I think their hard work made my stay great. Terima kasih! − I had a few toiletries missing at first, and the phone didn't work when I tried to order room service, but other than those minor things, I have nothing bad to say, I really enjoyed my stay and want to go there again :)
