+ This truly is an amazing hotel. The employees are incredibly professional, friendly, polite, and helpful. The property is beautiful - inside and out. The rooms are pleasant, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great, and the restaurant is fairly priced and has delicious food. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Medan.

+ This hotel is very grand and spacious. The pool is very good, although some shelter would good, as it is very hot in the surrounding area. Although Medan itself has little to offer tourists, the hotel is in a good position for shopping - there is a Starbucks opposite and a short walk from a minimart.

+ For the price i paid, it is cheaper and is equivalent to 5 hotels in major cities. Room is spacious and amenities were well provided. Buffet spread was generous.

+ Large building with good sized rooms. No hot water on the shower even though it was left to run for ages. Nearby shopping mall is nice. We didn't venture further as we didn't have time.
