+ The staff and the spa were absolutely amazing very accommodating and so friendly and we had the best massages the whole treatment was outstanding ❤️the location is great as it is a short walk to Icon Mall and to the beach. The breakfast and service was fabulous. − The atmosphere and decor could do with updating the huts smelt a bit funny and the gardens around the pools needs to be cut back as the mosquitos were pretty bad need to have music around the bar area. There was an issue with rain the first couple of days which came into the hut and caused some flooding this was dealt with over a couple of days this was unfortunate.

We love the Pavillions! This was the second time we have stayed there and we will be back again! + Excellent location, lovely and private villas, friendly and accommodating staff. − Need more facilities in the kitchen. But aside from that there isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

+ Die Villa mit privatem Pool war außergewöhnlich schön. Das Personal hat mir die Ankunft auf Bali so schön, wie möglich gestaltet. Sehr zuvorkommend und jeder einzelne ausgesprochen freundlich. Als ein Gecko mich nachts geweckt hat, hat man mir sofort und ohne Nachfrage meinerseits ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, damit ich in Ruhe weiterschlafen konnte. Das war wirklich ganz phänomenal. Mit Yande, der mich auch vom Flughafen abgeholt hat, habe ich eine Tagestour zu verschiedensten Sehenswürdigkeiten unternommen. Es war ein sehr informativer und lustiger Tag.

Oase mit Einschränkungen + Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von dem guten Service auch schon vorab über WhatsApp. Wir haben alle wichtigen Informationen für die Einreise erhalten und konnte bereits Transfers und Ausflüge buchen. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation. Unser Transfers vom ersten Hotel zu Pavilions war großartig, so wie man es sich vorstellt bei einem Hotel diesen Standards. Es gab Wasser, Tücher kleine Snacks unser Fahrer Eric, war sehr freundlich. Die Villa war einfach nur super. Riesengroß, sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Der Pool war toll. Das Personal insgesamt war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. − Bei unserer Ankunft erklärte man uns, dass wir das Frühstück im Restaurant einnehmen, dabei wirbt dieses Hotel mit dem Frühstücksservice auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage warum, sagte man uns, weil wir nicht direkt über das Hotel gebucht hätten. Da fühlte man sich direkt als Gast 2.Klasse. Nachdem wir dann beweisen mussten, dass auch auf Booking oder TUI die Beschreibung Breakf…

+ la quiétude du lieu malgré la proximité de la ville la gentillesse du personnel − la différence de traitement entre une réservation via booking et une réservation avec le site l'hotel: on nous a installé dans une villa proche du restaurant donc succeptible d'être impactée par le bruit, déjeuner servi dans la villa est payant alors que ça ne l'est pas quand tu réserves sur site, pas de surprise quotidienne en reservant sur booking. Franchement , nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels sur Bali (seminyak, ubud) et là on a vraiment été deçu par le rapport qualité /prix de cet établissement

初めてのフローティングブレックファスト + ホテルの入口から、とても雰囲気のある通路を通り、こじんまりはしていますが、掃除もちゃんとされていて、快適に過ごせました。 朝食のメニューや、アメニティで足りないものは、WhatsAppを使ってやりとりできたので、楽でした。アプリを入れておく事をおすすめします。 − フローティングブレックファストをお願いしていましたが、その朝に蚊の薬剤を撒きたいと言われ、害は全くないと言われましたが、少し心配でした。 でも、さすがに到着時にはたくさんいた蚊が、全くいなくなっていたので、フローティングする前には必要だったのかもしれません。 日本では中々できないフローティングブレックファストだと思うので、実際かなり食べにくいですが、ぜひおすすめです。

A hidden gem in the heart of Sanur. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Will definitely go back. + The location was great, easy walking distance to local warungs, beach, shops etc. hidden away you wouldn’t think you were in central Sanur. Staff were fantastic. Spa treatments were the best. Our private pool was amazing. Breakfast was also good. Endless supply of filtered water. − A bit too much foliage hanging over the pool, over half the pool was in constant shade

What a gem of a place! + The location of this property is perfect. Very close to the Icon Mall and all the restaurants you could want. Easy walk to the beach. The villas were just amazing. So cute and personalised - which was so fun! Breakfasts were the best. All the staff were so friendly and obliging. I would definitely stay here again. − The bed may be a little too firm for myself. But thats it.

Normal . Mala relación calidad -precio + Lo original que es el hotel . Las villas son bonitas . El personal es en general bastante atento sobre todo el recepcionista y la gerente .. − El hotel necesita renovar las zonas comunes , la decoración está algo desgastada para el precio que tienen las habitaciones , los sanitarios había que renovarlos … El desayuno regular , la verdad que pese a la amabilidad de casi todos los empleados el precio es muy elevado para la calidad que dan

+ Der Pool war traumhaft.... das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen beim Frühstück und am Pool war sehr gut und frisch − Sehr wenig Steckdosen..... hier braucht man auf alle Fälle einen Adapter oder ähnliches um mehr als zwei Geräte zu laden.
