ロケーションは最高だが、老朽化が激しくメンテナンスも不十分 + ロケーションは非常に便利で、海を望む景色も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの方々も親切で、滞在中は気持ちよく過ごすことができました。また、朝食も十分な内容で、満足できるものでした。 − プールは水の循環が十分に行われていないように見受けられ、あまり清潔な印象を受けませんでした。また、プールタオルについても、貸し出しまでに時間を要しました。 建物全体の老朽化が目立ち、修繕やメンテナンスも十分とは言えない状況で、各所に大きなひび割れが見られました。館内は全体的に暗く、利用者も少なかったため、やや閑散とした雰囲気でした。 そのため、当初予定していた滞在を変更し、1泊のみで別のホテルへ移ることにしました。宿泊しなかった日数分について事情を説明し返金をお願いしましたが、受け入れていただくことはできませんでした。キャンセルポリシーに基づく対応であることは理解しておりますが、事情を踏まえた一定の配慮があれば、より良かったと感じました。

Ik heb van de Luxe genoten + Het hotel is wat gedateerd, daardoor ouderwetse luxe. Het zwembad is prachtig en schoon. Alleen er was niet langer een terras met bediening. − Alleen de accomodatie rondom het zwembad

Kies een ander hotel + Ik zou graag iets positiefs schrijven maar in dit geval lukt dat helaas niet. Het personeel lacht vriendelijk maar geen actie. Uiteindelijk heb ik dan maar zelf mijn ingewrapte rugzak naar boven gesleept. − 11 hoog, met alleen een enkele glazen wand maakte me angstig. De airco deed het nauwelijks waardoor het erg benauwd was. Insecten in de badkamer. Een verkleurd en half verrot douche gordijn. Enorm veel lawaai van buiten alsof er een raam openstond. Uiteindelijk ben ik om 3:00 's nachts naar een ander hotel gevlucht omdat ik geen oog dichtdeed, badend in het zweet met oordopjes in. Daar heb ik goed kunnen slapen maar ik heb mijn plannen voor die dag af moeten zeggen door slaapgebrek. Ik kan best wel wat hebben maar dit was bij elkaar opgeteld te veel. Geen restitutie of tegemoetkoming gekregen. Ik heb Aryaduta in Jakarta uit voorzorg ook maar afgezegd.

Exceeded expectations. Outstanding service from Oliv & Team + I visited Aryaduta Manado for a business trip, so I didn't have high expectations of enjoying it like a vacation. When I arrived, the hotel was quite busy, and my room wasn't ready yet since it was before check-in time. However, I met Oliv, and talking with her was such a comfortable experience. She showed genuine care and went out of her way to help me print some work documents that I urgently needed right then and there. I had been a bit worried after reading some previous reviews about the hotel, but my actual stay proved those worries wrong. The room I stayed in was incredibly clean, the AC was ice-cold, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome cake and a greeting note waiting for me. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I am stationed in Manado for work. Thank you so much, Oliv, and the rest of the wonderful staff!

Für den Preis gut! + Der Pool ist super mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer, klar könnten die Duschen dazu besser in Schuss sein, aber es ist für jedes Alter eine entsprechende Pool-Tiefe vorhanden, das Wasser ist schön warm und die Qualität des Wassers ist halt "indonesisch", aber nicht eklig! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist typisch indonesisch, für uns nur bedingt ansprechend, leider wird oft auch nur auf Nachfrage wieder aufgefüllt, manches ist auch schon um 8:00 Uhr alle und wird gar nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Aber was will man für den Preis erwarten? Das Zimmer ist völlig in Ordnung; Klimaanlage funktionierte und war nicht zu laut. Bad mit Badewanne geräumig. Warmes Wasser ging, wenn man als erstes duscht, ist aber auch kalt warm genug. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem! Den Straßenlärm hat man etwas gehört, schlafen konnten wir aber trotzdem.
