Lo esperado + Cómodo el cuarto , tenia agua caliente , el personal muy atentos y pendiente a nuestras solicitudes , veníamos a una cita en la oficina de inmigración y fue Perfecto − En la noche un poco ruidoso , internamente llegaron algunos huéspedes hablando duro y gritando a la madrugada

We were going to stay longer but moved to another hotel just to get a better service. + Location to our dental appointment − Rooms were poorly maintained. Furniture was in poor condition. Floor rug was filthy. Shower was not very hot. Balcony doors had big gap and let mosquitoes in. Dry little space to put clothing. There days we were there breakfast food for westerners was cold and same choice each day. On site restaurant did not account for non Indonesian guest. Smoking was permitted in restaurant and breakfast area while others were eating.

Convenient location close to Bali 911 Dental Clinic, with terrific, friendly staff. + the location of the hotel was very convenient for us as it is 5 minutes walk to our dental appointment at Bali 911 Dental Clinic. We were greeted by friendly, efficient receptionist who had us checked in quickly and explained about the hotel facilities. Its a terrific initiative to have filtered water available for the rooms to refill water bottles etc rather than the use of plastic bottles. It was very convenient having a small store available on the ground floor to buy water, snacks etc. We had a very comfortable sleep and our room was clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel. The outlook for breakfast by the pool was very nice and the scrambled eggs and omelette prepared by Suarmini were really delicious. Suarmini was so friendly and is a terrific chef. Our waitress Ainia was also helpful and friendly. A hotel stay can be so enhanced by the employee…

À éviter, à fuir et à bannir + Rien − La chambre était immonde, les rideaux orange de crasse et brûler, des taches de sperme sur les draps et le lit rempli de cheveux. De plus les rats qui courent et se battent dans les murs c’est pas la plus agréable à entendre en essayant de s’endormir

+ Excellent rapport qualité prix. Personnel souriant et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses − Emplacement central mais pas grand chose à voir à proximité immédiate.

Overall good. Thanks to kak Ayu FO for the hospitality! She is amazing! 😍 + The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ayu FO. − We requested MUR before we left the room in the morning. And when we were back the room was clean but the dirty dishes were still on the table and the bathrobe that had been used still stayed at the same place. Housekeeping didn't change to the new one and left the bathrobe unfold on the sofa. Unfortunately we haven't taken any pictures.
