Disappointed + Pool ,staff − Noise from building works, not been told while booking and the sub-standard lunch meal to compensate for the non stop noise.

Nice for families not good for couples - not much room around the adult only pool no chance for sunbeds! + Location − Construction site right next to our room - all day construction noise . We were not informed- only got a new room the second day which was lesser than what we paid for ! Club room and benefits were a joke ! Very nice staff though !

Bali belly from hotel restaurants ruined the experience. + The pool was good for kids. Location. − We only ate at hotel restaurants and got Bali belly, $1000 later in doctors bills and 2 days in bed. Rooms are dated.

Ottimo per famiglie + Posizione vicino al mare, cortesia di tutto lo staff, piscine con scivoli, consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini. Camera bella anche se un po’ piccola, molto bella la piscina privata in camera. Bellissima la sorpresa che ci hanno fatto per la luna di miele (torta, video messaggio, drink offerto). − Forse da migliorare la qualità del cibo e in generale l’attenzione all’igiene soprattutto nella colazione (siamo per sempre a Bali ma in un 5 stelle certe attenzioni andrebbero aumentate). Capitava di avere buffet con api sopra il cibo o uccellini che andassero a beccare le brioches esposte. Non di altissimo livello la qualità del cibo nei ristoranti ed a volte disattenzioni da parte del personale (ad esempio: chiedevamo una bevanda senza ghiaccio e arrivava con ghiaccio, chiedevamo coke normale e arrivava zero ecc). Un po’ fastidiosa l’aria condizionata in camera che punta direttamente sul letto.

Brilliant holiday, exceptional facilities, food, service, location and most of all the staff go over and above to make s + Across the road from the beach and close to shops. Traditional experience and decor. Pool is excellent and kid friendly. The sand kept toddlers busy and the provided sand toys. There is an adults area if you want to escape the children for awhile. − There needs to be better lighting in the rooms. I felt our room was dark all the time.

The private pool villa was amazing, will definitely be back + I loved the Private Pool Villa, the other room we stayed in for one night wasn't clean or as nice. I would only stay in the pool villa when i come back to bali
