+ Good location 👌 − Loud guests coming in at 2am. Lots of road noise from scooters. Poor selection at breakfast. Our worst in Bali so far

Great pool and good location for shopping and some nice restaurants close by + Pool rooms are good and staff are very accommodating − During our stay in June the pool room airconditioners were not working properly and it was hot but they assured us they were working on the problem

Not too bad. + Location to shopping Great air conditioning − The traffic noise is really loud until early hours of morning. Linen is stained and looks dirty. Breakfast is very average.

− BEWARE They charged me $462 AUD for 3 nights after I changed my booking from 8 nights (which was $637 AUD). When I realised this I tried to cancel the booking I was told I was too late and would pay a penalty of $ 232 AUD.. A friend booked in there on our arrival day and paid $63 AUD. We feel completely ripped off. Then it was very noisy due to main road.

Per essere un 4 stelle l'infrastruttura e la qualità del cibo potrebbe essere migliore + La vicinanza alla spiaggia, la disponibilità dello staff, la pulizia della stanza, la grandezza del letto e dell'ambiente in generale. − Il rumore proveniente dalla strada a causa delle finestre non insonorizzanti, l'acqua che fuoriesce da sotto e di fianco al box doccia a causa delle fessure nei vetri, il cibo del ristorante non è di qualità

We got a cheap deal we were served with cheap service! + Location good for bars / restaurant and shops Room was modern but balcony wasn’t worth it for a pool view , Could not see any pool due to high wall ! Staff very nice and pleasant. − Breakfast was very poor , eggs ok , had to ask for bacon which was cold behind the counter. No pastries, cakes dry , muffins looked like a child had made then ! No choice . Butter was actually margarine! Coffee was not nice . Spa was over priced , double price than next door had one and not impressed ! No water given to drink and oils not washed off post massage .. room made was poor, 6/7 days we had to call him due to not replacing items ie, towels /water /toilet roll. Yes we didn’t pay a high price but that was due to a discount ! And the stars it give did not match the service . Pool was ok / spa looked tired and seating cushions were ripped and dirty . Good location, nice staff, dated facilities and rooms that differ from the images. + Staff were nice, location was good. − Originally requested a room with minimal road noise and the room I was given looked out to a blank wall hence no sunlight into the room so after a night I requested to be moved to a room with more sunlight, new room was much better and the noise from the road was same same. However it still is VERY loud, room next door were also consistently extremely loud at night and it was impossible to get onto staff to note about the noise, Things were frequently missed when cleaning the room (toilet paper or towels we had to consistently ask for) but housekeeping staff were always lovely

Great location, friendly staff and a cheaper and safe option for solo female travellers. + Great location, price point and friendly staff. − The pool area needs new bed lounges and a bit of maintenance generally and safety to get in and out of the pool as the steps were wobbly for older guests. The top level pool is unsafe and easy to slip if you’re not careful.
