Overall a nice quiet location with a quality restaurant and gorgeous infinity pool and bar area + Lovely pool area though very competitive for a sunbed. Restaurant staff couldn’t do enough to make your meal enjoyable − Not enough information on activities that were on (eg yoga for guests) Beware the free cocktail offer as they don’t tell you only certain basic ones are free!

We loved this accomodation as so close to central Ubud with true jungle vibes + Great location. Very close to everything yet on a quieter lane. Feels safe walking around. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Resort is very clean with comfortable beds..and the shower/bathroom… like from a spa! So ridiculously good. Beautiful breakfast included overlooking rice field and just beautiful Bali vibes…

Clearly not 5* as advertised and priced! + The location along Jalan Bisma is very good and the team are absolutely adorable! However, the rooms are very dark and the balconies could do with proper cleaning (including the sofa and pillows). There is no proper chair in the room, which is very inconvenient for a working holiday; we took the chairs from the balcony to find some sort of working spaces in the room. Breakfast is a-la-carte with relatively small portions, the same that all 3-4* hotels offer in Ubud. Having visited Ubud and Jalan Bisma annually the past 20 years, we give this hotel very strong 3½ stars (but not 5* as advertised and priced). The large but dark rooms are a real letdown. − The dark rooms are a real letdown. Cleanliness (especially the balcony) could be improved.

Parfait + Tout était parfait de l’arrivée au départ, le personnel de l’hôtel et de leur restaurant était super, la chambre encore mieux que ce qu’on espérait et la piscine c’est la cerise sur le gâteau !!

Heerlijk! + De prachtige kamer, mooi zwembad, ook heel rustig, want Ubud kan behoorlijk druk zijn. En het personeel, zó vriendelijk en gedienstig en alles voor je willen regelen. Alles is perfect bereikbaar met een Grab. Een echte aanrader, wanneer je Ubud zou willen bezoeken. − Niks

The most beautiful hotel, looked after by the greatest people + Everything was perfect. The staff were amongst the friendliest people I’ve ever met and so kind and attentive. The room was beautiful and exceeded our already high expectations based on what we’d read previously. The pool area was idyllic and the sunset views over the infinity pool looking into the jungle were out of this world. − Could not fault anything about our stay.
