A piece of absolute Heaven + Wow where do I start, this property is truly magical in every way. We were lucky enough to have the The Royal Pool villa which was absolutely stunning. It’s set up in an elevated position so gets a slight breeze and early morning sunshine until late afternoon. It has a beautiful outside pool and jacuzzi with a covered pavillion along with a daybed and sun loungers. The inside of the villa is so beautifully laid out with beautiful fabrics and amenities, everything you could wish for to enjoy a comfortable stay. We stayed for the special Indonesian night and the food was great, but more so the effort that was put into making the outdoor restaurant/pool area was phenomenal, all the steps leading up to the top of the resort were adorned with beautiful flowers and candles and the pool had the most exquisite floating flower displays, it was like being in another world. The complementary cake was delicious. The surprise candlelight dinner decoration was spotless. The host and chef were very caring. The restaurant staff was so helpful. The complementary afternoon bites and drinks were a nice touch! And we used the complementary jacuzzi and sauna too :) The spa staff was also great. Everyone we interacted with during our stay was lovely. The property is beautiful, thoughtful and spotless. − the last 100m to the resort was broken road.

Jungle vibe and amazing service + Dewa and his staff were amazing, helpful on the every step of our stay at Alena. Facilities are nice and clean and we had fantastic stay at the resort. Jungle vibe in the resort is always present and you can enjoy different activities like local massage that we enjoyed. Restaurant offers various dishes and everything we ate was tasty.

+ We loved our Royal Villa, design, comfort and relaxation mood that it was offering. A flower bath was an amazing experience. Breakfasts and dinners were very nice. Staff is very helpful. A good spa and spa zone.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Dika at the reception, who was genuinely friendly, professional and always happy to assist. His warm attitude immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention also goes to Listya from the restaurant team. She is such a warm, energetic and caring person who made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, and she truly knows how to make guests feel special. The entire staff is exceptionally attentive they remember you by name, anticipate your needs and make you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay, without ever being intrusive. Un oasis de tranquilidad cerca de Ubud + Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel. Está rodeado de naturaleza, con jardines preciosos y muy bien cuidados, muchas plantas y un ambiente muy tranquilo y paradisíaco. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, silenciosas y con buenas vistas, y hay dos piscinas. El restaurante nos ha sorprendido para bien. Tanto los desayunos como las cenas están muy buenos, con platos cuidados y bien preparados. Destacamos especialmente al personal, siempre muy atento, amable y cercano. Se interesan por tus planes y se acuerdan de ellos incluso al día siguiente, preguntándote qué tal ha ido. Son detalles que hacen que te sientas muy bien atendido. − El hotel está algo alejado del centro de Ubud, por lo que para prácticamente cualquier cosa fuera del resort necesitas coger un Grab o utilizar el shuttle gratuito del hotel. A cambio, esta ubicación hace que el entorno sea mucho más tranquilo y relajado que el centro de Ubud.

Amazing stay! + Amazing experience at Alena Resort! The environment is very chill and peaceful, but what really stands out is the kindness and hospitality of the staff and manager. Everyone was incredibly helpful, supportive, and communicative. Open for feedback and attentive. The resort offers a shuttle to Ubud center every three hours, plus a welcome drink and complimentary 15-minute massagel! I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Five stars are absolutely deserved!

FIRST TIME IN BALI-VERY PLEASED + FOR US IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE BEING IN BALI FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS ABOUT 15 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE MAIN CITY UBUD AND TAXIS ARE VERY EASY TO FIND SIMILAR TO UBER. STAFF ALWAYS VERY MIND AND HELPFUL AND SMILING TO MAKE A NICE DAY. BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOODS. STAFF ALWAYS FAST AND HELPFUL. WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM,NOTHING SERIOUS IN OUR ROOM, WHICH WAS SOLVED THANKS TO THE G.M. MR. DEWA WHO GAVE US A MAGNIFICENT UPGRADE FOR TWO NIGHTS IN A MAGICAL SETTING OF A ROOM. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THIS. − ALL WELL
