A wonderful resort with lots to do, great food options and facilities. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodati + The food options were many and varied and there was always something lovely to select. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a coffee machine. The resort had lots of pools to cater for all guests, it was particularly welcome to have a dedicated pool for adults only and good to see hotel staff ensuring just adults used this particular adult only pool. − There was nothing negative experienced.

Excellent resort for a Bali stay. + Great facilities, great breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff. − Traffic on the main road was a pain for transport.

We enjoyed the superb facilities, and daily activities. + The property was lovely with clean spacious rooms. − Room had a significant smell of mould. Staff treated the issue and it did improve, although underlying odour remained.

Heerlijk! Ontbijt is 10/10. Nette en schone kamers + Mooi resort! Aan alles wordt gedacht. Precies wat je mag verwachten − We hadden vier kamers geboekt. Helaas waren er 2 in het andere gebouw. We hadden het fijn gevonden dat dit duidelijker aangegeven zou worden op booking.com

Great overall for family holiday but kids club facilities were oattrious + Clean and easy to navigate − The food was bland and a small Range of Indonesian food. The kids club was filthy! The carers were too busy talking vs looking after kids. I wouldn’t send my child there or trust their baby sitting services.

+ Family rooms were huge! Felt like a spacious resort − The pool chairs are so uncomfortable. I can’t believe how much something so little bothered me. They were so uncomfortable.

It was fine, we stay at a lot of places in Bali and to be honest for the price it fell very short + Breakfast was great lots of variety, service was inconsistent first day staff everywhere next few days had to look for staff to order coffee/tea and many staff walked past with empty trays and didn’t collect emptied plates − We left the room at 7.30 am for breakfast and returned 5 hours later to rest but had to allow room serviced in and sit on balcony to have room cleaned one day we just swapped towels got water and emptied bin as the service was too late

Nie wieder dieses Hotel-Grand Mirage Family!!! + Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Pollbereich im Grand Mirage schön. − Grand Mirage gebucht und im Familiy wurden wir untergebracht. Dieses Hotel war definitiv nicht gebucht laut Reiseunterlagen. Auf Anfrage beim Hotelmanager hieß es, dass alle Familien Suiten im Family Hotel sind, dies steht ganz klein gedruckt auf der Internetseite des Hotels. Gegen einen horrenden Aufpreis von Anfangs 200 Dollar pro Nacht würden sie uns umbuchen auf das Grand Mirage, zum Schluss sind wir bei 75 Dollar die Nacht gelandet-sind wir auf einem türkischen Basar??? Wir sind im Familiy geblieben und haben es jeden Tag bereut. Unsere Kinder sind 11 und 13, ansonsten hauptsächlich Kleinkinder untergebracht, Morgens ab 6.30 Uhr war die Nacht vorbei. Extrem lautes Gebrüll der Kinder sowie auch der Eltern. Das ganze Hotel eher alt und absolut nicht Schallisoliert-man hört alles! Leider ist dies kein Einzelfall wie wir erfahren ha…

Lovely family resort + The staff are wonderful. Everyone smiling and welcoming. Made our family feel special. Accommodated our needs really well. All the pools are fun for the kids. Lazy River is exceptional. − Nothing really. A few more dinner options for those not doing all-inclusive would be ideal.

Fantastic! The more up market way to stay in Bali with family and children. + Everything. We are a family of four with young children. We chose to stay on the Family Paradise side and loved it. We had other family on the main side, so each day we freely moved between sites depending on how we wanted to spend our day. We opted for All Inclusive, and did not ever regret it. − There is nothing to mention here. It was an amazing place to holiday.
