Great Experience in Indonesia.. Sheraton Rock! + What a great experience we had. This hotel really work hard to the limit to make you feel good. The hoyel is located in a nice area, close to a mall and even though the traffic is heavy in Jakarta, it was an incrwdible experience to spend a few nights here. The best asset: Their people. Hey, sightseeing tour bus was free in this city. Yola, litia and rest of the team made me feel at home. They are so friendly. indonesian food at breakfast was amazing. They convince me to come back. I love Indonesia! Excelente servicio, fue un gran placer haberme quedado en este hotel, cerca de un mall y otros lugares que visitar como el Monumento Nacional. El tour de turismo en bus por la ciudad es gratis . Agradecido de Yola, Litia y el resto del equipo. El desayuno con colida indonesa: Maravilloso! Regresare.

my honest review from Hpusm, kelantan, Malaysia + like the politeness of staff.. i need to convey aporeciation to two staff at the cafe..they were so kind n polite talking n share infos n greetings when i was having breakfast on 14/5, her name is ms Novita..very helpful also n 15/5 morning staf name Valen, packed me bfast bcoz i need to rush to the airport at 6 30am.. Thank you to both of them..great hospitality..n good in PR − i think room service staff should open shoes when comes in the guest room althoung i dont want to tidy uo i jus asked to clear the dustbin n wash the mugs..staff came in with shoes on..and i think not proper bcoz it is carpeted .i walk inside with barefoot..to pray or else cleann hygiene is the key. also i stunned when staf take the rubbish by bare hand without any plastic gloves..i said it is dirty, she juz smile..n the dustbin also u shpuld put plastic baggae..instead of bare like that. That is all hope u can take note .

Hospitality at its finest. See you again on my next Jakarta trip! + I recently visited Jakarta for a short getaway and chose Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin for the first time. It turned out to be a great decision. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Thamrin, within walking distance to Sarinah and the famous Sabang culinary street, making it very convenient for both shopping and food hunting. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. During check in, I was assisted by Luke, whom I believe was the manager incharge. He demonstrated true five star hospitality, he patiently accommodating my request for a city view room and other preferences. The entire check in process was smooth, efficient, and completed in less than 10 minutes. Amazing! I would also like to recognize Gilbert, Nadia, and Alila from the Front Office team. Good stay ! + Had a good stay here, strategically located in Thamrin, right across from Sarinah and one of Jakarta's culinary centers, Sabang Street (walking distance), also close to Bundaran HI and the surrounding major malls. The room was clean and comfortable, and has been renovated to be modern. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The food at breakfast was also varied and delicious. This hotel is more suitable for business than family because there is no swimming pool, but the gym is still there and is sufficient for me.

Thanks Mr Gilbert + The receptionists gave me a warm welcome from the moment I arrived and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and other places around the city.

Overall okay. But the staffs are inexperienced and not good in communication. + Convenient − The invoice generated is confusing. Other hotels will not separate breakfast cost out from room rate if the breakfast has already included in the room rate while booking. The staffs in the hotel seem quite new and cannot understand.
