Not Up to the Standards of Our Previous Stay + We stayed for two nights at The St. Regis Jakarta. The check-in experience was excellent, and the Front Office team was exceptionally helpful. Ms. Lusiana and Ms. Laksmita extended a warm welcome to our family, setting a positive tone for our stay. As our room was still being prepared upon arrival, the team thoughtfully arranged a temporary room for us while we waited. I greatly appreciated this gesture, as well as the clear communication regarding the expected readiness of our suite. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly commendable. Up to this point, I was very impressed with the service provided. However, after moving into our Caroline Astor Suite, I began to notice several areas that fell short of expectations. While the room itself functioned well, the high chair provided for our child was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint. A special thank you to Fikri and the Butler Service team. What impressed me most was not simply the attentive service, but the genuine conversations we shared. Fikri took the time to learn about my journey across Java, listened with sincere interest, and generously shared his own perspectives on Indonesia’s history, culture, and heritage. After days spent exploring Java’s volcanoes, temples, and history, those conversations became a meaningful continuation of the journey itself. Breakfast at Bel Étage was another highlight. My sincere appreciation goes to Chef Styven and the wonderful lady from the breakfast service team, whose warmth and attentiveness made the experience especially memorable. Exceptional service + I stayed at the St. Regis Jakarta in July 2026 for a business trip. Among a generally capable team, Pak Ihsan at the reception was the clear standout for me. What impressed me was not any single grand gesture but the consistency. He was attentive without hovering, efficient without rushing, and genuinely helpful in a way that never felt rehearsed. Every request I made was handled promptly and correctly, and he followed up without being asked. Perfect stay and will return soon.

Amazing hotel- a dream to spend time here! + Wow! This hotel lives up to the hype, with everyone going above and beyond to help you in any way they can. One of the things that stood out was how every staff member completed the ask of the guests and then went on the ask if there was any other way they can assist- ask the staff member something about another department it’s not an issue of no, they go away and communicate with the correct people and get the request sorted. Another initial memory, which set the scene of my 13 night stay, was after travelling 25 hours I was sitting in the cafe having a sandwich and water while calling my family back home… it was not even 15s after I lent my phone against something that a staff member brought me a phone stand- I was shocked at the level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness on this occasion, as well as through my stay!

Great Hotel. + We’ve had a fantastic 4-night-stay at the modern-classical St. Regis Jakarta recently. Eventhough we’ve had many good hotel experiences, The St Regis Jakarta was the BEST. From the first moment we arrived till the last, the attentive service from its staffs were incredible and it’s what made this hotel outstanding. The attention to details of St Regis is not only to its luxurious interior decorations and hi-tech amenities but also to its butler service and dining experience. Almost all the staffs we met were so attentive and polite. We would like to specially thank to Karen and Adli whom we met during breakfast sessions. They made our dining experience very enjoyable. Adli was so thoughtful that he brought us the herbal tea unexpectedly. On our third night there, I was so surprised seeing a gift on the chest drawer at our room. Staff name is Rico if I'm not mistaken, thank you for being super helpful. - Rooms: Spacious, clean, with balcony. - F&B: Breakfast at Bel Étage was absolutely delicious with so much variety. Outstanding! 😇 We feel so blessed to have met Chef Styven who welcomed us so warmly during breakfast.
