Overall it is best place to stay + It’s my all time favorite place, very nice staff, amazing location near by everything. − This time there was a bad smell in the washroom and window blinds were not properly functional.

Un bon séjour + L’hôtel dispose d’une belle piscine. Les chambres que nous avions étaient spacieuses et très propres. − L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant. Certains endroits comme les contours des bassins méritent un rafraîchissement. L’hôtel est vaste mais faut un peu désuet.

Thanks so much, highly recommend, will be back! + Loved the team - they were super accomodating and lovely. We had a lot of requests (more than a usual stay) as we were using the hotel as a base to climb Mt. Agung.

Összességében nagyon kellemes élmény volt, a szállás kényelmes, tiszta és jól felszerelt + Tágas szoba, a fürdőszoba pedig káddal és zuhanyzóval is felszerelt volt. A reggeli finom és változatos volt. A vacsora során műsorral is készültek, így helyben bepillantást nyerhettünk a balinéz kultúrába is. A medence tiszta és tágas volt, az edzőterem is jól felszerelt, a piac pedig sétatávolságra volt a szállodától.

Great Stay + Great stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to stay with delicious food, relaxing vibes, and friendly staff! + The location of the hotel was great - just outside of the busy centre but close enough to walk to if needed. The rooms are nice and large, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It has a nice and relaxing atmosphere to unwind in. − The pool area could use a few more parasols and cleaner sun loungers, but they provide a towel to cover the loungers with.

Relaxing stay away from the busy centre. + Quiet location, but only 10-15 minute walk to main Ubud. Lovely pool area. Staff lovely, helpful and friendly. Very clean.

+ De rust, goed zwembad − Zonder scooter ben je nergens er rijd een eigen vervoer 2 x per dag naar het centrum maar het is zo druk dat je file tijd daar kan het hotel niks aan doen
