Ontzettend genoten! + Op dit hotel is eigenlijk weinig aan te merken. Het klopt gewoon. Er is veel personeel die ervoor zorgt dat alles op orde en schoon is. De kamers zijn prima en het bed ligt goed! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker! De diverse zwembaden zijn heerlijk voor kinderen. Wij waren er met een zoontje van 5 jaar. Er is 1 'strand zwembad' waarbij je dus schuin over het zand het water inloopt en er ook op de bodem zand ligt. Heerlijk voor kinderen om te spelen 'alsof ze op het strand zijn'. Ook was er een een kidsclub. Er is een handdoeken service, chocolade hour (16.00 -17.00), het hotel heeft een spa, bar en restaurants. − Het is voor Indonesische begrippen vrij aan de prijs. Ook bv. het eten in hotel en de Spa. Wij namen dit voor lief, maar houd daar wel rekening mee.

Très bel hôtel proche de la plage + L’hôtel est un complexe hôtelier avec de très belles piscines. Il se situe à 2 pas d’une très belles plage. Les chambres est très bien équipée.les petits déjeuner et le goûter sont incroyables. − Très gros complexe hôtelier

Amazing hotel apart from kids club security + Hotel and pools are great Food is great - lots of variety, nice taste, fresh Kids Club activities are great Rooftop restaurant is awesome Gym is good with view towards the pools − Kids Club Security - our 4-year-old managed to escape from the kids club on the first day in the first hour - the gate is not self-locking and there is not enough supervision to ensure kids cannot sneak out with other kids during busy times

Séjour agréable en famille - à refaire + Les chambres sont grandes et confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, à côté de la plage. Les différentes piscines. Le service et le personnel adorable. − Pas grand chose à part que parfois, une odeur désagréable émanant des conduits était présente dans la chambre. Pas de présence aussi d’anti-moustiques ce qui aurait été appréciable au vu du standing surtout que nos hôtels précédant en avait tous - résultats même avec le spray, on s’est bien fait piqué.

Great hotel + Great resort if you want to just stay poolside with kids! My boys 9&11 loved it! Outside if hotel not much to do and the road is extremely busy to walk along with young kids. − Not much to do outside the resort and how busy the road is to get to places.
