Enjoyable good location very central to everything + Great location Lovely staff Rooms comfortable & spacious Moonlite restaurant/breakfast area & views very nice − Building exterior needs a refresh with some areas looking very tired & dated Especially Shower hardware & decking around the pool area

Pleasant , loved proximity but no jacuzzi for room I paid for + Beautiful view , comfy bed, beautiful staff, nice food − Jacuzzi didn’t work, no hot water, loud horrible AI nightclub doof doof music all day and half the night, hotel needs renovations

Overall we had the most relaxing end to our honeymoon here. The location was great, restaurants on site were great, staf + The staff were absolutely brilliant here. They were ALL soo welcoming, kind and accommodating. We arrived early and reception staff ensured our bags were looked after before they could arrange an earlier check in for us (which was greatly appreciated). The room was tidied, towels changed and water replenished at least twice a day - this was great! The pool staff were also amazing, fresh towels brought to your sun lounger - often two per person too! Also, the bed - 10/10 comfort! − Nothing I didn’t like I just wouldn’t have booked the court yard pool room again as the pool was covered by shade the majority of the day so we didn’t use it. A sea view would have been better for us.

Great location and staff. Overpriced as hotel is outdated and requires renovations + Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Food was good. Hotel was clean and very comfortable and in a great location. Room are massive. Biggest I've had in Bali. Great for space if travelling with your family. − Accommodation is outdated however they are still charging top dollar. Example - swimming pool tiles are falling off, continual maintenance around the hotel, furniture outdated in room, super slow old lift. view accommodation is blocked by trees however you are charge a lot more for the view. Food is good but a little over priced.

Great location and wonderful staff and service . Once given a bit of repair, maintenance and renovation. It will be perf + Staff friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious and comfy . Moonlite and ocean breeze restaraunts were very good . − A little dated and needs a bit of maintenance and refresh . Some pool tiles were loose which could cause some cutting on feet and decking needs fixing , sanded and polished . Plugs in Basins in bathroom weren’t working .

Outstanding holiday, leaving relaxed and very satisfied ❤️, relaxing, + Everything! Beautiful, boutique style hotel, right on the beach, the amazing staff and facilities. We loved our room, the gym, the yummy breakfast each morning and the wonderful vibe around the hotel. Especially loved the music, and lounging by the pool ❤️ − N/A

Everything here is amazing 🤩 + Everything! The location beachfront with its own access to the beach was amazing. The room was huge! Food was superb and the facilities including the gym were amazing. The staff were so courteous and accommodating too. It made our stay so worth it! Highly recommend this place − Nothing
