+ The deluxe rooms with lagoon direct access to the pool, with sea view to the front was amazing and really fun for the children. The food and drinks were great. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Mas Eka in concierge for organizing activities such as the snorkeling trip from the hotel beach, and Devi for organizing transport

We loved it! Wonderful hotel. + Loved the half board options. Staff were amazing, especially the pool staff serving drinks and taking orders all day on the heat. − Kids club was being renovated however the temporary one was not ok. More activities needed for kids. Also the pool area could do with a vibe. Maybe some music, more daily specials, cocktail of the day for a cheaper price. Happy hour by the pool.

Lovely hotel and amazing staff and food. + The staff are amazing, special thanks to Gui in the Suku restaurant who always went out of his way to help everyone. Food is exceptional. We went half board and could use any restaurant as often as we liked over our time there. There was a supplement to be paid on special nights - which was odd as this was buffet food or could go to another restaurant for full service for no additional charge. No complaints, food options were lovely and I’d book half board again. Recommend RIN the Japanese restaurant which was lovely. − We booked ocean front (at extra cost) but our room only had a window facing the ocean whereas the others had an ocean front balcony. Our balcony was over the pool but it didn’t benefit from the couch that standard pool view rooms had. I’d not bother paying more for ocean front as it definitely felt like we had been given ocean view instead. I feel we paid for something we didn’t receive. We were offered use of a beach cabana …

Very Relaxing, Beautiful Resort! + A beautiful resort with lovely staff! The bed was super comfy and enjoyed my baths with bath salts, so relaxing! Lovely food! Loved how well the gardens were maintained. − Only 2 improvements would be to add more sun beds/loungers around the pool as they are usually taken unless you get 1 early in the day. Also all the pollution down the beach, nearby, please be more environmentally friendly and help protect our beautiful planet!

+ We stayed in a suite which was wonderfully spacious. Have 2 small children and loved the suites pool as well as the super large ling one that wraps around the buildings. It has a small beach at each end of the pool which the little kids loved. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely views. Good value for money.

Une parenthèse magnifique + L’entrée de l’hôtel nous offre une vue surplombante sur toutes les prestations de l’hôtel avec la magnifique piscine principale et la mer en fond. Le personnel est au petit soin et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. − Nous avions noté l’odeur de l’humidité à notre arrivée et le personnel s’est plié en quatre pour nous mettre à disposition un déshumidificateur qui a bien fonctionné.

We would come + Large hotel with plenty of room to find a quiet spot if you need one. Staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy or in your face. Especially the boys around the pool, they were just perfect and looked after you. We loved it − Nothing, we liked it all
