Perfect from start to finish + We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly. Every interaction felt welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. It really set the tone for the whole experience. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was exceptional. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing throughout our stay. The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared and consistently impressive. Overall, the service was wonderful, attentive, professional, and seamless. We left feeling well looked after and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Birthday Staycation. + Great stay overall. Relaxing and although the monsoon weather is a bit off, spend most of the time in the hotel, including Seasalt. Overall great Birthday Staycation.

The staff at Alila are amazing. + Alila is an exceptional beachside resort with beautifully maintained grounds, lovely pools in an excellent central Seminyak location . The staff are all outstanding, so friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. They make the trip truly memorable. The rooms are well designed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet at Seasalt is one of the best I've experienced. Will definitely return.

Having travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels over the years, this one now sits firmly as our number one. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every request was met with a genuine smile and eagerness to help. What really stood out was how welcoming they were to our 4-year-old son. They made him feel completely at home, which made the whole experience even more special for our family. The cleanliness and presentation of the hotel was flawless. Our room was always immaculate and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend! + This is a resort that goes above and beyond. The grounds and building were beautifully kept. Every single staff member was beautiful and kind and caring. We felt so well looked after. The infinity pool is a lovely, tranquil space for adults only and the wonderful staff were attentive to our needs while there. The location is great and it feels like you're right out of the bustle and yet when you step out of the resort you're right in the middle of it. Close to fantastic restaurants and shopping.

Where to stay at seminyak + I stay in Alila for couple of times whenever am in Bali. Nice area, seminyak which quite close to some area I visited. A real welcome back to second home, friendly staff. Peace of mind by doing private pilates and breathing work with experienced trainers
