Not Great + Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. − Seemed very run down, and really untidy. Hidden costs with expecting 3 people to sleep in a super king (2 adults 1 child) or pay more for an extra bed. Pool not really set up for kids. Would never go back or reccommend for families.

とても良い滞在でした。また行きたいです。 + スタッフの方は皆さん笑顔でとても気持ちの良い接客をしていただきました。中には英語を得意とされない方もいましたが、その方も精一杯、ゲストの希望に沿おうという思いを感じました。総じてとても気持ちの良い滞在でした。 ホテルの立地はクタの中心街で、ビーチウォークにも隣接しており、食事をするにも買い物をするにも便利でした。 ホテルロビーから見える海の景色が最高でした！ − シャワーの出があまり良くなかった（出ないわけではない。日本人の感覚からするともう少し出が良いとありがたいという程度）。 クタの中心部という立地上、夜中まで騒がしいところです。静かなところを好まれる方は避けた方が良いと思いました。

A Perfect Family Stay at Sheraton Bali + We truly had a great experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with direct access to Beachwalk Mall, which made everything very convenient and enjoyable during our stay. We especially loved the beautiful view of the beach and the sunset. It was truly breathtaking and made our evenings very memorable. I would also like to give special thanks to all the staff. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you Egi from the Loyalty Team, who kindly gave my son some lovely gifts during our stay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our experience even more special. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time at Sheraton Bali.

− There was blood on the duvet. When I asked for a new blanket, I was given a weird children’s blanket that smelled of sweat. Further the wine was off.

Great breakfast + Really good breakfast, I did not have better scrambled eggs the rest of our 4 weeks vacation (I would book it again just for that) but very strict with the closing time at 11:00am. The rooms are big, beds very comfortable. The hotel is literally attached to the big shopping mall. − Only the entrance through the mall was a bit weird.
