Lovely hotel + Lovely stay once again. Comfortable room and beds. Gorgeous gardens and pools. Always such a special place. Quiet adults pool on road side near gym which was appreciated − Much more popular with younger families than when we first stayed staying at this property 20 years ago. Feel more like a number than returning clients. Sanur is a far busier place. Will not stop me returning.

+ The property is very beautiful, the gardens, the restaurant are in very good environment and very close to the beach, there are many good restaurants nearby. − There are some rooms more close to the sea while others are not. I think it would be better to tell customers first and let them to decide where they would like to stay .

Perfekter Wohlfühlort für Körper, Geist und Seele + Die Hotelanlage ist ein Ort der Ruhe mit einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage. Es sind ausreichend Pools vorhanden. Toll finde ich auch, dass es Poolbereiche nur für Erwachsene gibt. Am Strand der direkt am Hotel ist, Jannik man wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach nur gigantisch von der Auswahl und dem Service wie sämtliche Speisen frisch zubereitet werden. Das Spa und die Treatments sind ein Traum für Körper, Geist und Seele. Ich finde toll, welche Ruhe das Hotel ausstrahlt, wenn man an die lauten und verkehrsreichen Straßen von Bali denkt. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort mit total freundlichem Personal, die einen exzellenten Service anbieten.

Relaxing and friendly + Vast space and staff very polite and friendly wanting to do there best to accommodate your needs. − Rooms not soundproof I could hear conversations through my wall. And a few more signpost around the Resort might help navigating through the lovely vast space and two rooms.

+ The location − Rang for breakfast room service at 11 am. They answered the phone at 11:01 am and told me unfortunately breakfast in service is closed at 11.

Fabulous hotel. + What a beautiful hotel, with everything needed for a perfect stay at Sanur beach. We loved our stay and can't wait to return. Check-in was a breeze and even though we arrived a little early, our room was ready and we were soon unpacked and on the beach. Our room was on floor 3 of the Bougenville Building, which is furthest from the lobby so nice and peaceful, and we were delighted with views of the ocean beyond the mature trees in the wonderful garden. We live in an extremely busy city so it was a real treat to enjoy the gentle background sound of the breeze and breaking waves. Though our room was smaller than some we've stayed in (we prefer to say "cosy) it had everything we needed and was kept spotlessly clean thanks to the lovely Diana and the army of housekeepers who work so hard. Breakfasts were plentiful, varied and delicious, and we were spoiled for choice each morning, so it's no wonder our jeans are a little tight right now. We knew it would be busy as A…

A great stay at Sanur + Food is excellent and very clean. Pool is great. Staff are lovely. − Silly little bottles of safe water. Should have large refillable bottles. The bacon is just red paper, fried . Don't bother.

Lovely staff and location was very good, but rooms could be improved + The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Everyone says hello and ensure your stay is special − The rooms were very small and our room was particularly far away from the main area including pool and restaurants. The television in the room was slow and unable to connect to our ipads or phones, which was disappointing at night. So I don't feel the rooms were great or a good value for money
